5 Club Offers Management Tagging Local Content to Central s This function allows the user to easily create a section of content to tag onto the s that are sent out as part of the automated central Marketing CRM programme. This content can be created for a specified time period only. The type of s sent out centrally, every day, include the following: New Member s Active Member s (e.g. birthday, 100 th visit, points expiring) Declining Member s (e.g. free bets, free points, slots freeplays) Lapsed Member s (e.g. free bets, free points, slots freeplays) Recently Reactivated Member s (e.g. free bets, free points, slots freeplays) Long Term Lapsed Member s (e.g. online cross sell) Tip: You should use this tool to create messages for general non-targeted promotions that you are running in club. For example, a launch event, special menu, double points offer etc. Accessing Club Offers Management Log in to the Marketing Hub and Select Club Offers Management. You are then presented with your calendar of local offers. This calendar shows when each offer will appear. Green relates to general Local Offers that you have created, yellow relates to local F&B offers that you have created. Campaign Builder (Club Offers Management - 13/11/12) Page 5

6 Creating a New Message Click New Offer to create a new message. Type your Offer Name and define the start and end date of your offer. The message will only appear during these times. Then choose your template type. You can choose either: Local offer Message Template (the top row) F&B Template (bottom row) Clicking on the template then takes you to the page below. 7 Simply complete the text sections on the left hand side, by entering the text into the text box. Remember to click save each time. The section will populate automatically on the right hand side. Then, choose your image from the selection available in the drop down list. Remember to click Save. Your section is now complete. Now click Send to Approve then click the Home button to take you back to the Marketing Hub, or the Offer button to view the offer calendar. A message has now been sent to your approver to notify them of your message. Campaign Builder (Club Offers Management - 13/11/12) Page 7

8 Your offer will also appear in the calendar. Editing and Amending Your Message You can edit or amend your message at any time by clicking on the offer in the calendar view screen. Then simply make your changes and Send to Approve again. Campaign Builder (Club Offers Management - 13/11/12) Page 8

9 Alternatively, you can right click on the message in calendar view, and choose Edit to change the promotion dates, or Delete to delete the message completely. Approving a Club Offers Management Message You will receive a notification advising that you have a Local Offer to approve. Simply click the link to view the offer.
