Areas of responsibilities and major accomplishments and contributions included the following: Management Information Systems Assistant Vice President Implemented Asset/Liability Management modeling capabilities at corporate level. Prepared financial projections for new equity to increase existing equity by 50%. Prepared financial supplement to Federal Reserve Board application for acquisitions.
