Data Entry Screen This takes you to the data entry screen. Enter the students daily points possible and daily points in the table When you go to one of the student data entry buttons, you will get a screen that should look like this. However
if your screen looks like this when you scroll down
you will need to zoom out. This is because there are freeze frames on the table that are meant to enable you to always be able to see the column headers, no matter how many entries you have made. Click on the minus sign (see the arrow below). This will make worksheet smaller, enabling more of the data entry table to appear on the screen.
Finally, because of the freeze frames, you will need to scroll up to see the first dates available. The scroll bar only affects the table Scroll bar (will only affect the table below) Scroll bar works only on the table. The freeze frame allows rows to scroll under the column header. Unfortunately, you have to check your dates. The first date in the column is 8/15/2011, not 8/26/2011!

Some districts will only allow individuals with administrator rights to load files or do updates. The link is: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=1285.
