Hard wearing jaws clamp securely and safely onto the test piece. Jaw designs cater for a variety of different connections, including internal and external threads, straight tubes, holes and bores among others. Laborious screwing and unscrewing of hoses is eliminated. The latest sealing technology provides a pressure-tight connection for your application. 2

WEH Connectors are an idispensable tool for these applications.» TW110 Filling and evacuating refrigerants in automotive air conditioning equipment during production. An integrated shut-off valve prevents the escape of refrigerants and so gives good environmental protection performance. Due to its robust construction, the connector is ideally suited for continuous operation.» TW108 Reasonably priced alternative to the WEH TW110. The TW108 is suited for filling and evacuating refrigerants during maintenance of automotive air conditioning equipment. The connector is available with a red coloured grip sleeve for the vehicle's high pressure connection port and with a blue coloured grip sleeve for the vehicle's low pressure connection port. 6

Testing applications include heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, transducers, compressors, condensors, evaporation coils, air conditioners, heating systems and many more HVAC-R components. In the automotive industry the quick connectors are used for radiator testing. Simplified workflows, shorter operating times and increased productivity can be achieved when using WEH Connectors. STRAIGHT TUBES AND BORES» WEH Test Connectors for leak testing of straight tubes and bores The WEH Test connectors are availabe for various connection configurations and have been designed for sealing internal or external tube diameters and bores.» TW141 For pressure and function tests of external tube diameters, e.g. leak testing of heat exchangers and filling of closed cooling circuits with refrigerants.» TW141L Extended version especially for difficult-to-access tubes. The extended design allows to establish a leak-tight connection even where space is restricted.» TW221 For pressure and vacuum tests of internal tube diameters and bores up to max. 3 bar. The manually operated connector is secured to the component by its connection seal. 10
Lack of space? No problem for the extended WEH Test connector! The TW141L allows vacuum and function tests of tubes in close proximity to each other as for example testing heat exchangers. 11
CYLINDER FILLING» More WEH Connectors for filling of gas cylinders WEH also offers suitable quick connectors for filling gas cylinders with refrigerants. The connectors are specifically designed for cylinder valves with external thread (with or without a residual pressure valve).» TW52 Suitable for filling of gas cylinders with external thread (with or without a residual pressure valve) with CO 2 or refrigerants. The TW52 is optionally available with the WEH TVCO 2 linear valve.» TW920 Refrigerant filling of cylinders with external thread and residual pressure valve. The pin inserts of special cylinder valves need not be removed for filling (normally the removal of the RPV pin is required before filling).
