Up-to-date information and analysis get analyst insight and recommendations for more than 8,000 UK and internationally listed companies, including access to Directors Dealing, where you can find out which company directors are buying and selling stock in their own companies. Access to data view historical data and technical analysis to help you refine your investment strategy. Extensive funds platform around 2,000 funds with no initial charge or dealing fees on purchases. Plus, access to our free fund selector tool to help you find your preferred fund. Our services Saga Share Direct offers a number of services which can be used within any account: Dividend Reinvestment (DRIP) Automatically reinvest dividend income from FTSE 350 companies and a selection of other companies, a range of Investment Trusts, ETFs, and ETCs using the Dividend Reinvestment (DRIP) service. Chargeable at a flat rate commission of 1.0% (minimum 1, maximum 7.50) plus stamp duty reserve tax. Regular investment Trades placed through the regular investment service are charged at a flat rate of 1.50 (plus stamp duty reserve tax) per trade. Limit and stop orders at no extra cost Gain greater control over your trading. Set the price at which you would like to buy or sell particular shares. Limits can be set for up to 90 days. Frequent trader Trade at 9.75 (plus stamp duty reserve tax) per trade. Save money on trading costs when you trade 10 times or more per calendar quarter. 5

My Saga Share Direct There is a range of tools that can be saved and monitored before you start investing on the Saga Share Direct platform. Watchlists The Watchlists can be used for keeping an eye on the securities of your choice, e.g. latest price, volumes traded, high, low, etc. It is useful for keeping track of the key information and data on your own investments or investments you may wish to trade in the future. The prices shown are not real-time. They are delayed by at least 15 minutes and will not update unless you refresh the page. Virtual Portfolios The Virtual Portfolio allows you to buy and sell securities using virtual cash with no risk to your real capital. You can set brokerage fees to emulate the charges you pay when you trade. Unlike a real account it does not collect dividends, charge stamp duty reserve tax or PTM levy, account for corporate actions or offer regular monthly investing. The Virtual Portfolio is an ideal tool to try out some new trading methods and strategies without risking your money. You can even compete with friends or family! Alerts You can set up alerts that notify you once a stock or fund has met your desired value. 7
Headline Managing your nominee Subhead account Body text Logging in To log in to your account, enter your account number, date of birth and three digits from your PIN. A welcome letter with confirmation of your account number and an Activation Code will be posted to you after your account is opened. You make your own PIN selection when you open your account. Select Login at the top right of any page. Enter your customer ID. Select your date of birth from the drop down menus. Enter selected digits from your PIN. Select Submit. You are now logged in. Note: The fields to enter your password will not be displayed until you enter your customer ID. 8
Headline Activation code You can access your account, fund your account Subhead and trade prior to receiving the Body Activation text Code. However, until you enter your Activation Code, there will be a limit to the amount of money you can add to your account. Once you have entered the Activation Code, you can fund your account to the amount you wish. Headline Funding your account You can add money to your account immediately Subheadby debit card or you can pay by Body Direct text Debit from your nominated account. Remember setting up a Direct Debit can take up to ten business days to become active. To fund your account quickly, please use your debit card. You may also transfer funds instantly between your Saga Share Direct accounts. From the secondary navigation, select Manage Account, then Payments. 11

Headline Subhead Body text Enter the name of the investments you wish to trade and select Submit. Select + or - for Buy or Sell. Select the order type (Please note At Best will not be available if the market is closed). Enter the quantity you wish to buy/sell or the total amount you wish to invest/cash you wish to raise, including all dealing charges. Select Get quote to obtain a live price. 14
Your quote will be displayed for 15 seconds. Select Confirm to buy/sell or Cancel. 15
Telephone customers To fund your Nominee Dealing Account or Shares ISA account or to trade by telephone, please call the Dealing Line on 0800 206 1949. You will need to confirm your account number and answer a few data protection questions for security purposes. Once confirmed, you will be able to fund your account or place a trade. If you wish to register your account to trade online, you will need to request an Activation Code and PIN, which will be sent to you in the post, by calling Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. 16
Communication Secure messages Saga Share Direct will communicate with you about your account via secure message if your online account is active, or by telephone or post if not. Sensitive information will never be disclosed via e-mail. The secure message inbox can be found on the first page after you log in. Access your Secure Message here. Statements and Consolidated Tax Vouchers (CTV) Your statements will be available online and you can request postal statements by contacting Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. CTVs will be issued after 5 April. Contract notes After each trade, a contract note will be sent to your secure message box. These will contain all the required information in a clear, easy to read style and can be saved to your computer and printed for your records. If you would like to receive contract notes by post, please contact Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. Marketing Communications If you chose to receive marketing communications when you opened your account, you will receive e-mails and communications from Saga Share Direct about special offers, IPOs and market information. If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications, please let us know via your Secure Message Box or call Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. 17
My Admin Changing your PIN For increased security of your Saga Share Direct account, we recommend changing your PIN at least quarterly. No member of the Saga Share Direct team will ever ask you for your entire PIN and we have no access to this number. Personal details You may amend your e-mail address and telephone number online. To change your address, please print and complete the Change of Personal Data form and send it to the address on the last page of this guide. The form can be found online at sagasharedirect.co.uk/forms. Alternatively, to request it by post, please contact Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. Bank details You can amend your nominated bank details online. New bank details will be confirmed with your bank. Please note: It will take up to ten working days to set up a new Direct Debit to a new bank account. Alerts and preferences You may set up an e-mail and/or SMS alert to be informed when a Limit Order has been processed or when there is an important message from Saga Share Direct in your Secure Message Box. 18

Transfer to Saga Share Direct If you have accounts with another provider that you would like to consolidate with your new Saga Share Direct account, please print and complete the transfer form and send it to the address on the last page of this guide. The form can be found online at sagasharedirect.co.uk/forms. Alternatively, to request it by post, please contact Customer Services on 0800 056 4827. By consolidating your accounts at Saga Share Direct you will benefit from being able to view your holdings in one place and you could save money as you won t have multiple brokerage costs. We do our best to complete the transfer within four to eight weeks. We will notify you once the transfer is complete.
