Email Overview You can utilize your Microsoft CRM.com contacts for addressing by selecting the CRM Address menu. Record Email You can create a Follow Up Task or Appointment for that e-mail in Microsoft CRM. The LinkPoint email window is used to identify how to record the email into Microsoft CRM. The Task or Appointment will be associated to the selected reference. By default, the recipients and their opportunities, cases and other related items are presented.
