Instructions Step 1 In the Microsoft Outlook email or calendar invitation, click the link at the top to enter the meeting. Step 2 The link will open a web browser in Internet Explorer. Enter your name and email address and click the Join Now button. This step identifies you to the meeting host and other participants and also provides information for usage reports; it does not confirm that the identity information you input is correct.
Step 3 If you have the AT&T Connect client software installed, click the Participant Application link and follow the below instructions. If you do not have the Participant Application installed, click the Web Application link. The webinar will load in your web browser. Step 4* If prompted, click the Enter Event button.
Step 5* If prompted, click the Open button in the pop-up at the bottom of the screen. This pop-up will appear as a square box in the middle of the screen in Internet Explorer 8 or before. Step 6 The AT&T Connect client software will launch. Choose your audio configuration in the center dialog box. The easiest and quickest way to configure your phone is to choose option #1 CALL ME and enter your phone number.
