Posting Jobs via OneClick When you are ready to post a job opening to external job boards, you will bring the job posting over into OneClick and begin your job board search. Please note that all job postings must be brought over from icims to ensure you receive the tracking and sourcing for each posting. You will be unable to create brand new job openings from within OneClick. Posting your Job into OneClick Once your job has been approved and posted to your career portal posting, Navigate to the desired Job Profile, and select the Advertise tab. Then, select the Post to Job Boards panel.

Select the Posting Center button Click the Post button beside the JobTarget section of the Job Board Posting Center popup, and select a Career Portal from the Redirect to dropdown. Click the Save button to finalize your post.

After the job is successfully transferred to OneClick, click Proceed to JobTarget s site to complete this posting to log in

Select the Division When you first log into your OneClick account with your job posting, you will need to select which Division the job should be posted to. Simply select the correct division from the dropdown and click on Select Division for the division you wish to post to the job to.

Searching for Media You will have several different ways and places to search/find the media you wish to post your job opening to. The first being your Contract Job Boards/pre-paid inventory. To select a contract job board, you simply click Add to Cart below the job board you wish to post the job to. Membership Media Accounts will not appear under this section, but can be found within the Saved Sites. *Please note: Available inventory is applied to your order on Review Cart.

You also have the ability to search for job boards using our Keyword Search box: Results are displayed based on relevance and the 3 input fields: Keyword (position title or job site name/url) Location Industry To search for a job board specifically enter the Job Board Title into the Search Keyword box. We also have our Top Trending Sites available to you.

Selecting Media OneClick provides the user the tools they need to select the right job board and product. From the result page, each site has its own row. From that row, the user can see a summary of the job site, link over to preview the job site, and they can see all products available. Once the user finds the site and product they want to use, they simply click Add to Cart. These are some items to note when reviewing and selecting job boards. Some of the sites may list Quote as the cost. In these cases the cost to post on that job board is dependent on character, word, line, or even page count. These prices will be calculated after you submit your job posting. The OneClick team will determine the cost and contact you prior to submission for your approval. ** Please note that if you have a quote job board on your order, the job posting will NOT appear under your Active Jobs section until cost approval has been given.

To add a job board to your Cart you must click the Add to Cart button from the search results page or from the Site Overview.

Review Cart Once you have selected all the desired job boards click on Review Cart from within the preview screen, Next in the Cart Summary, or the shopping cart in the header bar. Once you are on the Review Cart page you will see that the adjusted price for pre-purchased inventory will reflect.

If you have multiple inventory items you can select which item you would like to apply to the order here by clicking on "Select" and choosing an item from the list provided. If you agree with all charges you can click on the Next button to proceed to the next step in the posting process.

Create and Review Job Content Once you agree to all charges and click on Next you will be taken to the Create and Review Job Content page. You can see the sites that you have selected in the Cart Summary to the right of the page. Most of the information in these fields should be pre-filled. Data will be ported over from your icims account to prefill default values for standard fields, based upon the job you are bringing over. Please note you may change these values once you have brought the job into OneClick and you are preparing to post.

In the next section of the posting page you can review your job posting Descriptions and Requirements. The Job Overview from ICIMS will populate into the Job Description field and your Job Responsibilities and Qualifications will populate into the Job Requirements. You can use the rich text editor available in both fields to make any changes.

Additional information for the job posting will be found below the Description and Requirements fields. The required fields are marked with asterisks. Once you are done click on Save and Continue

Additional Information Page The additional information section is where you may be required to select the site specific values for your job posting to each specific site. You can show optional fields or simply fill out the required fields. Once you have filled out all the fields click on Post

Checkout This is the final step in the posting process. On this page you will review the total Site Fees, and Posting Fees. If there appears to be any discrepancies on this page, please contact the OneClick team (oneclicksupport@jobtarget.com) and do not submit your order. You will be required to check the box confirming that you have reviewed all costs and agree to the charges of the order before you confirm payment. We are unable to refund orders once they have been placed. You will be required to enter your credit card for your first purchase, to save a credit card for future use simply click on Save this Credit Card for future payment at the bottom of the form. JobTarget does also offer a monthly invoicing option, please contact oneclicksupport@jobtarget.com for additional information.

Active Jobs Once you have posted your job, you can view the job under the My Jobs page. This can be accessed on the header or from within your dashboard. On this page you can see all the jobs that are currently posted. You can edit, view, stop, and see an overview of the performance of the job from within this page.

Active Jobs- Single Job Details Page You can view more detailed information about your job by clicking on the Job Title in the Jobs list.

Expired Jobs OneClick stores all jobs that you have previously posted that are no longer active under the Expired Jobs page. On this page you can view stats of how the jobs performed right within the list or by clicking on the job title to get more detailed information. You can also 'Repost' the job to the same job boards if you wish. You also have the ability to post the expired job to other sites by clicking the 'Post this job to more media!' link. Unposted Jobs Jobs that were entered into OneClick but never had any job sites selected will be found in the Unposted Jobs area. To post an unposted job simply click on the Post button to proceed to the marketplace. Accessing Other Divisions If you would like to view jobs in another division, simply click the 'Change Division' link at the top of the screen and select the appropriate division.

Manage and Access your Job Postings Once you have submitted your job postings to external job boards, you will have the ability manage and access your job postings in your OneClick account. Below are the steps to access and manage your jobs. Edit your Job Posting There are two different ways you can access a particular job within OneClick from icims. From these two locations, you will be logged into OneClick with the job posting to the Single Job Details Page. Because you will be brought directly to this page, you will not have to select the division the job is posted in. You will be logged into that division with the job. From here, you will be able to submit your edits for the job from that page. Please note that in order for changes to be made to your job posting, you must log into your OneClick account. If you make changes to your job within icims, you will also need to make those changes within OneClick. The first location where you can access OneClick with your job posting to make any changes is on the Job Board Posting panel.

Select the Web Post: JobTarget link to automatically log in to OneClick. Users can also log in by selecting the Posting Center button and then selecting the JobTarget link.

Clicking these links will log you into your OneClick account to the Single Job Details Page for that job. Once you are on the Single Job Details Page, you will be able to Edit, Stop and Post your job to more media.

Manage your Job Postings and Account From within icims you will have the ability to log into your OneCiick account without having to bring a job over to do so. This will allow you to log into your OneClick account to view all your job postings. To do this, you will access the Single Sign On tool from under the 'Tools' tab in your icims account and click on 'JobTarget Login.' You will be brought to the Division Management page to select which division you would like to log into. Once you log into a division, you will be able to view your jobs and your account

Stop a Job Posting You will have the ability to stop your job posting on the external sites that you submitted the job to through OneClick right within icims. Access the job in the icims Talent Platform and select the Broadcast tab. Select the Posting Center button

Select the Unpost button, and then select Save.

The window will refresh, displaying the following message: Are you sure you want to unpost the job from the job board(s)? By unposting, you will be removing this job from all applicable Job Boards. Select Continue to cancel your job posting. A confirmation will display indicating that the job for removal request has successfully been sent. Click Close to exit.
