An Introduction to Our Company Michael Thomas, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Integrated Security & Communications (ISC), an SBE/Veteran-Owned company, is first and foremost a trusted advisor and valued service provider to our diverse client base. Our Key Personnel Michael Thomas Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Security Holdings Group, LLC ; ISC - New Jersey MCSE, MCDBA Michael founded Integrated Security & Communications in 2007 with the sole purpose of providing a new model for electronic security products and services to its clients. Bringing 25 years of experience to the company, he maintains a unique perspective of having worked in both a corporate and smaller entrepreneurial environment. This perspective has helped guide ISC s philosophy of customer service and the development of additional value added products and services. John Pichola Accounting/Finance/Purchasing, Integrated Security Holdings Group, LLC John has over 25 years of business experience in the accounting/finance areas, 14 years in the electronic security industry. He has held several key financial leadership positions responsible for margin enhancement, acquisitions and creating back office efficiencies. Tom Catagnus Sales & Marketing, Integrated Security Holdings Group, LLC; ISC - Pennsylvania Tom has over 30 years of business experience, all in the electronic security industry. He has held several key leadership positions including Regional President for a very successful systems integration firm. Tom brings many years of experience in several emerging markets, including higher education, healthcare and petro-chemical. Joel Richman Information Technology, Integrated Security Holding Group, LLC; ISC-Pennsylvania Joel has over 26 years of experience in the security industry and began his career with Integrated Security & Communications in April 2013 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining ISC, Joel held the position as Vice President, Tyco Integrated Security (formerly ADT Security Services), and led teams responsible for high level systems integration projects. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and was one of the original founders of Security Services & Technologies. Joel has held positions in all operation facets, including Executive VP of Corporate Services and CIO. His responsibilities have ranged from merger and acquisition integration, security architecture and deployment of systems to organizational planning and execution. John Vidalis VP/General Manager, ISC-New Jersey John, a retired law enforcement officer, joined Integrated Security and Communications in 2012 as the Vice- President and General Manager of the New Jersey Region. John brings a pedigree of extensive managerial experience to the ISC Team. John has 25 years of experience and he has established an aptitude for building a noteworthy team while previously serving as the General Manager and Vice President of two very successful Integration businesses in the NY Metro area.

Paul Hoffman Sr Design Engineer, Integrated Security Holdings Group, LLC Paul joined the Integrated Security and Communications Team in early 2013 as a Design Engineer. He supports the ISC Sales Teams with pre-sales Engineering and Design. Paul has over 27 years of experience in the Security Industry, with an Electronics Technician diploma from DeVry Technical Institute. Paul has done pre-sales engineering for many Corporate 500 businesses since 2005, and designed over 65 million dollars of sold systems work for companies across the nation, as well as several cruise ships. His extensive experience covers multiple Access Control and CCTV manufacturers product lines. Paul Farrelly Sr. Application Engineer, ISC - New Jersey Oracle DBA, MCP Paul joined Integrated Security & Communications in 2009 as an Application Engineer after gaining vast experience upgrading large systems in the pharmaceutical and educational environments. A graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology, he is certified in ProWatch, panel wiring techniques, fire protection engineering technology, and Noti-Fire-Net, VGAS, AFP 1010/AM 2020. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and is Oracle Database Administrator Certified. Our Key Personnel Continued Howard Simpson Director of Operations, ISC- New England For over 20 years, Howard has held a variety of leadership positions within the security integration industry s top firms. In 2010, Howard co-founded the New England division of Integrated Security & Communications. Leading this region with the highest standards of service and expertise, he is proud to advance the company s innovative approach to electronic security products and services. Andy Abramowicz Director of Sales, ISC - New England Andy has held the positions of service manager, installation manager, and sales consultant with a select group of integration firms over the last 25 years. In 2010, Andy co-founded the New England division of Integrated Security & Communications, where he is primarily focused on building a strong, partner-focused relationships with our diverse client base. Mike LeBlanc Project Manager, ISC - New England Mike, a licensed systems contractor, started his career in 1985. Over the last 25 years, he has been responsible for the installation of complex and high profile systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Digital Video systems. As a Project Manager for Integrated Security & Communications, Mike s experience with complex security systems and ease with clients is invaluable.

Ryan Pryor Director of Sales, ISC - New York Over the past 17 years, Ryan has gained invaluable experience through various sales, business development and general management leadership positions. He is excited to join Integrated Security & Communications and to co-found the New York City division after spending the last 7 years with one of the security integration industry's top companies. With a proven record of success providing complex security solutions, Ryan is looking forward to far exceeding client needs and expectations. Erick Sanchez Director of Operations, ISC - New York Erick started in the security industry with over 5 years of experience in the IT field. He started as a field technician for Security Services & Technologies before moving into an Engineering role. High technical aptitude and creativity were vital requirements as he delivered solutions from vision through implementation. Joining the Integrated Security team in 2013, Erick brings with him experience from both the information technology and physical security aspects of our industry. This experience allows him the opportunity to analyze a situation or process from multiple perspectives, and then convey this knowledge to his team. Remo Patitucci Director of Sales, ISC- Pennsylvania Remo has worked in the Security industry for the past 15 years, with experience in both the physical and electronic aspects of the industry. Remo s career began with Specta-Guard (Allied-Barton), where he oversaw the complete physical security operations. After discovering his penchant for the electronic side of the industry, he accepted an Area Manager position with Security Services & Technologies (SST) where he was responsible for the Sales, Installation and Service teams that supported Philadelphia s University City District. While at SST, and after the ADT/TYCO acquisition, Remo was promoted to the Director of Sales, building a national program that focused solely on the security needs of Higher Education institutions. During the course of his career, he has been instrumental in helping serve the security needs of many prestigious institutions such as: the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, the University of Kentucky, California State University Monterey Bay, Florida State University, the University of New Mexico, as well as many others. His experience in evaluating a site and determining the appropriate security solutions, adds significant value for customers. Rich Caesar Director of Engineering, ISC -Pennsylvania Rich joined Integrated Security and Communications in January of 2013 as Director of Operations and Engineering for the PA office. He has over 28 years of security industry experience concentrating on the application and implementation of complex integrated systems. Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and experience interfacing with security directors and Information technology professionals. His team is responsible for delivering highly technical security solutions within the client s budget and on time.

Jon McCormack Senior Business Development Director, ISC-Pennsylvania Jon comes to ISC with over 17 years of integrated security systems experience, directly managing customer relationships and business development plans. He has extensive experience building sales teams and growing customer bases in both existing regions and new areas of expansion.jon also helped improve efficiencies through his roles of direct P&L responsibility for multiple offices. In addition to the integrated systems side of the security industry, he also spent several years gaining significant experience and insights from the RMR model of the security industry and the renewable energy industry. Scott Patton Director of Operations, ISC of the Carolinas Scott, a US Marine Veteran, joins our team in his 27th year in the industry. In 1985, Scott began as an Installation/Service Technician for Diebold, Inc. in Pennsylvania, and swiftly rose through the ranks from there. Over the past 25 years, Scott has held several key positions from Project Manager, Director of Operations, to Vice President and General Manager of 2 Regions at Security Services & Technologies (SST). Our Engineering Team Capabilities The security industry s historical use of proprietary, stand-alone systems has been challenged in recent years. A range of factors, including a lower total cost of ownership and greater scalability, have driven a migration from stand-alone systems to fully integrated, open architecture solutions. These systems are able to integrate security devices from a variety of manufacturers, creating a new importance for comprehensive system engineering. Trained in all of the latest technologies, our engineers bring extensive experience and knowledge to every project. As industry veterans with intimate knowledge of the manufacturers specifications for a wide variety of technologies, our engineers have a special insight into what equipment will work best within your system. Using this expertise, the ISC Engineering Team approaches each project from the client s perspective by balancing design needs, a cost-effective budget, and the likely future of the system. From pre-design through construction to final acceptance, our engineers work hard to understand the entire picture while creating a full technical package. The development of this baseline package ensures that all teams within our company are working off the same page. The package includes detailed drawings indicating cable/conduit routing, device layouts for each floor, riser diagrams, and point-to-point termination schedules for all associated equipment. After the client has approved the package, it is provided to our technicians to increase efficiency during installation. The package is also given to our project managers to assist in project progress tracking. Upon completion of the installation, ISC engineers provide as-built drawings depicting the exact location of all security devices along with technical data sheets for all items. The prints are duplicated with one (1) set to be kept at the client s location and one (1) set to be kept at the ISC office for further analysis and upgrades. More importantly, this provides our clients with complete documentation of their security system for reference purpose and can lessen the cost when repair or service is required. Our main goal is to offer our clients the integrated solutions best-suited to fulfill their unique security needs. The knowledge base and expertise of our engineers allow us to make that happen.

Our Project Team Capabilities As a trusted advisor to our clients, ISC recognizes the importance of forming a lasting partnership. Our project managers are the key liaisons with our clients, handling a dual role as both project manager and account manager. Once assigned to a client, they remain as the key technical contact throughout the project. Creating this personalized approach to project management ensures our clients are in contact with someone knowledgeable about their particular system. ISC project managers are responsible for managing the needs and expectations of all internal and external resources, as well as those of the client throughout the installation and commissioning process. ISC team members and subcontractors are simultaneously assigned to support the project manager in their individual areas of expertise to insure delivery of the appropriate product to the client. ISC project managers are responsible for planning and scheduling the engineering, installation, and subcontractor activities for large and/or complex systems. They routinely walk the jobsite to ensure quality installation of ISC products and to monitor progress. They also use these visits in order to determine necessary changes in design, contract price, installation plans, or other activities. As the client s main contact, the project manager is responsible for maintaining the project schedule, communicating job status, and controlling job costs.
