2 The Jaguar family of products tools provide robust, client and server side processing based on RG s unmatched and proven scheduling algorithms. Our products openly integrate with standard systems through the most scalable API in our chosen markets. Predicated on industry standard application programming languages (e.g., Java; VB.Net; C#.Net; ASP; C and C++; and other COM compliant languages) our Jaguar family of products resides in a category by themselves. There are no comparable software tools on the market that come close to matching the performance, flexibility, and extensibility of the Jaguar family of products. Per server is defined as hardware, virtualized environment, operating system, RDMS engine and database instance which accesses the algorithm. Since the release of CAT in 1985, Robbins Gioia has independently invested more than 30 million dollars in our core processing algorithms, which comprise today s Jaguar Family of products. Robbins Gioia will make a reasonable effort to provide updates no more than 90 days after the production release of platform dependent updates.
