We have different food traditions, and encounters between cultures can oſten result in interesting new dishes. As this recipe leaflet shows. The recipes have been prepared by the Islamic-oriented Urtehagen kindergarten in Oslo and the booklet published in cooperation with Fiskesprell, a nationwide government-backed initiative to encourage children and youngsters to eat more fish. Dice the salmon fillet into very small cubes. Then chop into small pieces. ½ leek 2. Chop the leek into small pieces 1 tsp Tandoori Masala 3. Mix the salmon, leek and seasoning 1 tsp pepper 4. Make small, round burgers from the salmon and fry in oil. 1 tsp lemon pepper 5. Serve with wholemeal burger buns and salad. 1 tsp garam masala olive oil Salmonburger Fremgangs måte: 1. Laks Curry Oppskriſt for 2 voksne og 2 barn 600 gram laksefileet 1 store løk 2 tomater 1 glass Dolmio saus 150 gram lettrømme 5 spiseskje Tandoori Masala olivenolje 500 gram ris Salmon Curry Recipe for 2 adult and 2 children 600 g salmon fillet 1 large onions 2 tomatoes 1 jar Dolmio sauce 150 g light sour cream 5 tblsp Tandoori Masala olive oil 500 g rice Curry Salmon Loogu talagalay 2 qof wayn iyo 2 carruur 600 garaam kalluunka nooca salmon 1 basal wayn 2 yaanyo 1 gasac suugada Dolmio 150 garaam kareemka dhannaan oo khafiif ah 5 qaado Tandoori Masala Cusbo Saliidda Oliifada 500 garaam oo bariis ah Fremgangs måte: 1. Skjær løken i småbiter og stek i olje til løken får brunfarge. 2. Tilsett tomatene, Dolmio saus, lettrømme, og Tandoori Masala. 3. Bland godt sammen og la det steke i ca 10 minutter. 4. Mix well and fry for approx. 10 minutes. 4. Dice the salmon into large cubes and add to the sauce. 5. Allow to simmer for approx. 20 min, while you prepare the rice. 6. Boil the rice. 7. Sitronpepper etter smak Fish with dill Recipe for 2 adult and 2 children Ingredients: 600 g fish fillet ½ aubergine ½ bunch of fresh dill ½ red onion (sliced thinly) (for both fish and sauce) 1 courgettes (sliced thickly) ½ leek Olive oil 1 lemons Lemon pepper and Sour cream sauce 1 tub light sour cream ½ bunch finely chopped dill Lemon pepper to taste Kalluun iyo dill Loogu talagalay 2 qof wayn iyo 2 carruur 600 garaam fileetiga kalluunka ½ bassal nooca casaanka ½ qiyaas yar ee geedka dill (kalluunka iyo (si yar-yar loo jarey) suugada labaduuba loo isticmaali doono) 1 khudradda courgettes ½ khudradda leek (si ballaaran u jaran) 1 liimo Saliidda Oliifada ½ khudradda aubergine Liin, bas-baas iyo cusbo Suugada Kareemka Dhanaanka ah 1 weel-yar kareemo dhanaan khafiif ah ½ qiyaas yar ee geedka dill oo si yar-yar loo jarey Liin iyo bas-baas qiyaasta aad jeceshahay Fremgangs måte: 1. Stekes på 250 C i ca 40 minutter. 9. Serveres med rømmesaus og salat. 1. Wash the fish and vegetables, and then dice into large cubes. 2. Place everything in a large roasting dish lined with aluminium foil. 3. Add finely chopped dill, leek and seasoning. 4. Heat the aubergine in the microwave for approx. 10 min. Add a little. 5. Put the whole aubergine in the pan with the fish and vegetables. 6. Add a little oil. 7. Squeeze the lemon juice over the dish. 8. Heat in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 250 C. 9.
