WHERE DID YOU LAND? 1: AN UNOWNED PROPERTY There are hree ypes of properies: Locaions Conveyances Uiliies You can buy he propery you land on for he lised price on he board space. Pay he Bank, hen ake he Tile Deed card ha maches he propery and place i near you, face up. If you don wan o pay he lised price, he propery goes up for aucion. When buying propery you should plan o acquire groups. For example: if you buy a green locaion, you should ry o ge he oher wo green locaions during he game. A player goes bankrup and urns over all his or her morgaged properies o he Bank, which are aucioned unmorgaged (face up). There is a Home/Mansion shorage and more han one player wans o buy he same Home(s)/Mansion(s). DON T WAIT FOR TH Aucion bids can only be made in cash. Any player can sar he bidding for as lile as $1. Mansions are sold for half he lised price and immediaely exchanged for 4 Homes. 5: MORTGAGE PROPERTIES If you re low on cash or don have enough o pay a deb, you can morgage any of your unimproved properies. You mus sell all Homes/Mansions on a color group o he Bank before you can morgage one of is locaions. To morgage a propery urn is Tile Deed card face down and collec he lised value (shown on he back of he card) from he Bank. To repay a morgage, pay he lised value plus 10% o he Bank hen urn he card face up. Ren canno be colleced on morgaged properies. 6: DO A DEAL You can do a deal wih anoher player o buy or sell unimproved propery. You mus sell all buildings on a color group o he Bank before you can sell one of is sies. Propery can be raded for any combinaion of cash, oher propery or Ge Ou of Jail Free cards. The amoun is decided by he players making he deal. k Morgaged propery can be sold o anoher player a any agreed price. Afer buying a morgaged propery, you mus eiher repay i immediaely or jus pay 10% of he lised value and keep he card face down; if you laer decide o repay o he bank he morgage, you will have o pay he 10% fee again. Remember: your aim is no jus o ge rich. To win you mus make every oher player BANKRUPT! Q: How do I ge ou of Jail? A: You ve go 3 opions i Pay $50 a he sar of your nex urn, hen roll and move as normal. ii Use a Ge Ou of Jail Free card if you have one or buy one from anoher player. Pu he card o he boom of he appropriae pile, hen roll and move. iii Wai hree urns. On each urn roll he dice; if you ge a double, move ou of Jail and around he board using his roll. If you do no ge a double on your hird roll, you mus pay $50 o he Bank, hen move he number of spaces rolled. 6: JAIL (JUST VISITING) Don worry! If you finish your normal move on he Jail space, nohing happens. Make sure you pu your oken on he JUST VISITING secion. 7: FREE PARKING Relax! Nohing bad (or good) happens. 8: A PROPERTY THAT YOU OWN Nohing happens. Bu you re no making any money!

DO YOU LIKE TO PLAY FAST? SPEED PLAY RULES RULES for a SHORT GAME (60-90 minues) TThere are four changed rules for his firs Shor Game. 1. During PREPARATION, he Banker shuffles hen deals hree Tile Deed cards o each player. These are Free. No paymen o he Bank is required. 2. You need only hree Homes (insead of four) on each propery of a complee color group before you may buy a Mansion. Mansion ren remains he same. The urn-in value is sill one-half of he purchase value, which in his game is one Home less han in he regular game. 3. If you land in Jail you mus exi on your nex urn by (1) using a Ge Ou of Jail Free card if you have (or can buy) one; (2) rolling doubles; or (3) paying $50. Unlike he sandard rules, you may ry o roll doubles and, failing o do so, pay he $50 on he same urn. END OF GAME: The game ends when one player goes bankrup. The remaining players add up heir: (1) Dollars on hand; (2) properies owned, a he value prined on he board; (3) any morgaged properies owned, a one-half he value prined on he board; (4) Homes, couned a he purchase value; (5) Mansions, couned a purchase value including he amoun for he hree Homes urned in.
