Our Background A majority (75%) of Hoepfner BauInvest Plus GmbH & Co KG belongs to Hoepfner Bräu Friedrich Hoepfner Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbh & Co KG, which in turn is owned in entirety by the Family Hoepfner. The remaining 25% of BauInvest Plus is owned by TASC Bau AG in Halle, Germany. Following the sale of its brewery operations in 2004, Hoepfner Bräu is now active in property and real estate management, concentrating on mixed-use projects. Our areas of emphasis are currently in the German cities of Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Konstanz, Freiburg and Berlin. The flagship property is the historic Hoepfner-Burg ( castle ), located in the center of Karlsruhe s eastern city area.
