2 Who we are Our Profil The CORYX Software GmbH started in 2001 in the Franconian city of Coburg. A small team led by company founder Uwe Schenk took over the support for the Reuters Portfolio Management System (RPMS). CORYX has experts and professionals in computer science, mathematics and finance areas and was responsible for the development, support and maintenance of RPMS for more than 300 customers. In parallel, CORYX transformed into a reliable partner in the development of customized software solutions and a proprietary technology platform. 6 What motivates us Our perception Managing Director and founder Uwe Schenk is driven and motivated, to make customers and partners step by step more successful. When Uwe Schenk founded the company in 2001, he did not even think that nine years later he would own an investment-management software designed for this market. Based on many years of experience, we know how essential a well-functioning software is in the field of asset management. Only then asset managers can ensure the best possible customer support. The relatively short software development time was advantageous for us. We were able to react quickly to external events and integrate functions accordingly to the customers needs, said Schenk.
