Meet Our Team Nathan W. Labiak, CFP, CIMA SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT WEALTH MANAGEMENT WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR Nathan began his career as a financial advisor in 998 with Morgan Stanley and joined Merrill Lynch in 003. He leads the team and plays a direct role in helping clients create custom retirement and wealth management strategies and tax minimization strategies. Nathan spends a lot of time getting to know clients in order to help develop individualized strategies to help them manage their investments in a complicated financial world. He strives for excellence in his practice, with a focus on building strong relationships and teamwork. His approach to wealth management is driven by integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. Nathan holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) designation and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Nathan earned a bachelor s degree in finance from California State University, Fresno. His commitment to his alma mater can be seen in his love for his bulldogs, Delilah and Bella. Nathan moved from Fresno to San Diego in 003 and is a passionate supporter of San Diego sports teams. He is an active supporter of many community organizations, including the San Diego Humane Society, Helen Woodward Animal Center, Miracle Babies, San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy, The San Diego Foundation and UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Kristin Dornbusch REGISTERED SENIOR CLIENT ASSOCIATE Kristin began her financial services career with Bank of America in 004. He uses his in-depth industry, product and market knowledge in combination with his analytical skills to offer straightforward financial guidance. Chris helps clients develop and implement individualized wealth management, retirement and education strategies. He also works with business owners who are seeking strategies to sell, recapitalize or expand their business.
