CRM Login ADMIN PANEL URL - www.fulloncrm.com Login page Details: 1. Login Page : Enter your Login Credential and click on login then it will open your panel.

2. Admin Dashboard : Your Admin dashboard will open and you can see the different modules involve in it. Master Module - Here you can Add, Update & Delete Masters. Human Resource - Here you can create Departments, Designations, Employee registration & Create Team. User Management - Here You can Create Users For different activities of CRM i.e. Post, Pre sales & Customer Services. Target - Here you can set target for employees & also can view about the Achievements vs. Targets. Pre Sale - In this you can go ahead for the pre sales activities. Post Sale - Under this you can go ahead for the post sales activities. Services - In this You can manage your client services. Reminder - Under this you can set various reminder for different Events, Meetings etc. Reports - Under this you can have two types of reports which are : 1. Client Report & 2. Product MIS Report. Settings - Here you can set the SMS, Block SMS & Product MIS Setting. Campaigning - Here you can create campaign for your clients via Mail.

3. Masters : This is Master Dashboard which contains following Masters : 1. Region Master 2. Area Master 3. Product Group 4. Product Category 5. Product Name 6. Product Owner Group 7. Create Offer 8. Activity 9. Lead Sources 10. Create Service & Proposals

3.1 Region Master : Here You can create region name & can see list below. 3.2 Area Master : Here you can create area region wise & see list below.

3.3 Product Group : Under this you can create product group name & its description. 3.4 Product Category : Under this you can create Product category on the basis of product group name with its description.

3.5 Product Name : Here you can create your product name on the basis of product group & product category with its description which includes - Product details, Price, discount & you can able to upload product related multiple documents. 3.6 Product Owner Group : Under this you can create product owner name with its Email id & below you can see the list. Click on the owner name from where you can add product name for the particular product owner group.

3.7 Create Offer : Here you can create the offers for your product. You will have product group, product category & Product name. Here you can add offer details with the date of offer starting from to end date.

3.8 Activity master : In this you can create the activity name & its description.

3.9 Lead source : Under this we will add Lead source name & save it. 3.10 Service Master : Under this we will add the service name & its description.

3.11 Create Proposal : Under This we can create Business proposal for the clients. Here we will add Name, Subject & its description. You can upload the various documents Related with the proposal.

4. Human Resource : 4.1 Department Master Under this we have to add the department name & save it on clicking save button. Below you can have list of department name. 4.2 Designation Master : Under this we will add designation name & click on the save button we can save it. Below you will have list of Designation Name.

4.3 Employee Master : Under this You have to do the employee registration. Click on the Add employee master given at the Right side. Registration page will be open then fill all the necessary data and click on the save button so that employee detail will be save. Then below you can see the list of registered employees.

4.4 Create Team : Under this we will create Team of employees. Add the Team Name & click on the save button. Below you will have the list where you to Double click on the team name which you have created above. I t will open the page where you will add the employee name for creating the team then click on the save button. Below it will show the details of the selected employee for the team.

5. User Management : Under this we will create the users. Here employee management page will be open add the employee details for whom you want to create a user. Select the department - Select Employee- Select User type ( Post, Pre sale & Services)- Automatically it will take Email Id - Create Password- Confirm Password then click on the save button. Below it will show you the list of USERS. 6. Target Dashboard : Under this we will set the target for the employees. Here you can see the dashboard which will show you the Number of set target, View assigned target & Target Vs Achievements.

6.1 Set Target : Under this we will set the target for the employees. Select the Employee name - Region & Area comes automatically -Set Area Target -Mention Date For target. Select product name - Quantity- Rate- Discount - Amount. Then Click on save button. Below you can have the list of target set.

6.2 View Assigned Target : Here we can view the details of assigned target in a two way: 1. Employee Wise 2. Team Wise. Click in any one of the way you want to see the assigned target details. Then Select the employee if you want employee wise OR Select the Team if you want team wise. Then click on the search button. Below you will have list & its details of target. 6.3 target Vs achievement : Under this we will view the status about the Target assigned & Target Achieved. Select the employee name & click on the save button. Below you will see the details of a particular employee Target status.

7. Pre Sales : It is the activity involve before selling. Dashboard : Here we can see the number of Sales Opportunities, Sales Clients, Office Lead, Lead Source, Total Deals & Proposal. 7.1 Sales Client List : Under this you can have a list of sales client which is registered and the person name who registered the client. There is also search filter given i.e. Date wise so that will help you to find out the list date wise, in the case you want.

7.2 Sales Opportunity : Under this you can have a list of sales opportunity created and the person name who register it. Here you can view the details by clicking on the view option given in the second column. 7.3 Lead Clients : Under this it will show you about office leads generated and assigned to which employee.

7.4 Lead Opportunity : It will show the list in which Office leads converted into Opportunity. 7.5 Total Deals : 7.5.1 Open : Here it will show you the total number of deals Open. By clicking on the view note option you can see the detail note about the open deals. You can also search the deals from the date through date filter.

7.5.2 Close : Here it will show you the total number of deal Open. By clicking on the view note option you can see the detail note about the Close deals. You can also search the deals from the date through date filter. 7.5.3 Decline : Here it will show you the total number of Deals Decline. By clicking on the view note option you can see the detail note about the decline deals. You can also search the deals from the date through date filter.

7.6 Proposals : Here you can see the list of Proposal send by your employee to the clients. 7.6 Create leads : Under This You can Create Leads. Click on the Create Leads button given at the right side. Create Lead page will open then fill the mandatory fields. Then click on the Save button and below you can see the list of create lead which is filled by you.

7.7 Registered Client List : Under this you can view all the list of Registered client by your User. 7.8 Reports : You can also see the Various type of Reports- Task Report, Daily Report, Follow up Report, Client Sale Report by clicking on the left side in Reports Option.

7.8.1 Task report : Here we can see the report by selecting group - Select Category-Select Product- Date & click on search button. Below you get the list where you have to click on the view to Know the detail discussion. After click on the view option you can see the screen will open and provide you the detail about the discussion of a particular client.

7.8.2 Daily report : After Clicking on the daily Report option left side in the reports menu this screen will be open. Here You can fill the date for which you want see the report and click on the search button. Below You can find the List and View note by clicking on view note option in the given list at the end column. 7.8.3 Follow report : Here you can see the follow up report by Filling the dates and can view the report by clicking on the view option given at the last column.

7.8.4 Client Sales Report : Under this you can view the full details about the client dealing with how many products.

8. Activity Report : Under this we can have all the activity reports. 8.1 Client Wise Activity report : Under this you can get the activity report client wise. Here you have to Select the Date - Select Activity Name- Client Name then click on search button.

8.2 Employee Wise Activity Report : Under This you get the activity report employee wise. Select the date - Activity Name - Employee Name and then click on search button you will find the report. 8.3 Product Wise Activity report : Under This you get the activity report Product wise. Select the date - Activity Name - Product Name and then click on search button you will find the report.

9. Post sale : 9.1 Main Dashboard contains : Closed Client list, Pending Payment, Closed Payment & Delivery Status. 9.2 Closed Client List : It will show you the list of closed clients which is closed from the pre sale.

9.3 Pending Payment List : It will show you the list of Pending payment which is closed from the pre sale. 9.4 Closed Payment List : It will show you the list of closed payment which is closed from the post sale. 9.5 Delivery Status : Here we can update the status of product delivery to the clients.

10. Customer Service : 10.1 Main Dashboard : It contains - Service Engineer, Ticket Details : Open, close & overdue, Verify Tickets.

10.2 Services Engineer : Here you will create the service engineers. For Ex: Developers, Designers etc. The person in a company who can solve the complaints of clients. 10.3 Ticket Details : It will show you the list of tickets open, closed & overdue with the name of Service engineer.

10.4 Verified Tickets : Here you can verify the tickets that its according to the client requirement or not.

EMPLOYEE PANEL FOR PRE-SALE TRACKING 1. Login details : Enter Your Login Details - User ID & Password for Pre -Sale. 2. Main Dashboard : You can see the main dashboard of pre - sale which will open after login.

3. Client Registration : When an employee need to add or register the new clients. Click on the option client registration given in the left side. Watch the arrow shown in RED COLOR. 3.1. Client Registration List : After clicking on client registration, a page will open which shows you the list of clients registered by you.

3.2 Client Registration : Click on the button 'Client Registration' which is given at the left side in Red Color. Please check the RED COLOR. 3.2.A. Client Registration : After clicking on client registration below page will be open. Fill the registration form - Details of Client. * Symbols denotes for the mandatory fields.

After filling all the columns click on the Save & create Button if your registering New client. Please check the arrow below in RED COLOR. After clicking on it Create Opportunity page will open for further process. Fill all the columns - Sales Client, Select Product, Upload doc. if any, Quantity, Offer, Activity, Note, Client Status - Hot or Cold, Opportunity Status - Open, Close & Decline, Follow up activity, Follow up date, Follow up Time.

Then click on save button given below in Red color. Your note will be saved in the left side column. Latest note will be shown first. Set Reminder :If you want to set the reminder for the note which you have written in the create opportunity page. Then you can click on the Set Reminder button which is given in RED COLOR below.

Send Proposal : By this option we can send the proposal to the clients which is already made by the admin. for each & every product. Employee can easily send a proposal to the client. Please see the arrow given in RED COLOR. Send Proposal : After clicking on Send Proposal option below given page will be open. Click on the Send button to send the client. (RED COLOR BUTTON) Click on the Reset button for resetting the proposal. (YELLOW COLOR BUTTON) Click on the cancel button for cancel the proposal.(green COLOR BUTTON)

Add Note : This option help you to refresh the page while you editing your exsiting discussion note. Transfer Opportunity : Under this option you can view the list of opportunity which is transfer to you.

Click on the transfer button given right side. Please check the arrow in RED COLOR. Transfer Opportunity In : This option shows that how many opportunity is transfer to particular employee. How many opportunity are - Open, Close & Decline.

Click on the Add/View note given on the right side. If you want add new note or want to view the opportunity details. Crate Lead Note / Description of transfer opportunity

Transfer Opportunity Out : Under this option you can know about the opportunity which is transfer by you to other.

Click on the View option given in the right side. Please check the arrow in RED COLOR. Inbound Opportunity : To match the client requirements with the availability of our product. Under this page you will take the client requirements & save it for the match.

Click on the Match option given in the right side. Please check the arrow given in RED COLOR. It will match the requirement with the availability of products.

Today's Product Match : Whenever in near future we create any type of new product which will match with the inbound opportunity & shows its list. Create Leads : Under this you can create the leads. By clicking on the create Leads button given in the Right side please check the arrow in RED COLOR.

After clicking the create lead option its page will be open & you have fill the given options & click on save button given downside in RED COLOR. Edit Assigned Leads : Here we can edit the client details other than Client Mobile No.

Click on the view option given in the left side. Then view detail page will be open and show you the details of client.

Assigned Leads : It shows that how much leads where assigned to the particular employee. Click on the view option for client details. It given in the left side check the arrow given in RED COLOR.

Click on the add note option to write the updated status of the Lead which is assigned to you. After updating the Note for your lead it will remove from the list of assigned lead and it will show you in the create opportunity for lead.

Create Opportunity for Lead : Here you will see the list of opportunity which is converted from lead to opportunity.

While clicking in the option Add note you can continue the discussion done with the client. This is create lead note page where you can continue the discussion with client.

Click on the view note option given in the right side. Please check the arrow given in the RED COLOR.

Here it will show you the client details and the all discussion made by the you with the client for deal.

Add Payment Details : Here you can add the tentative data about payment which will be used in the post sale activities.

Payment Details : Fill options given in the payment details page. Set Reminder : Set reminders for self for any meeting, appointments or any events. Select the date click on the + sign given the date and set reminder.

Reports : Task reports : It shows overall task wise report given to you. Daily Reports : It shows the daily wise report.

Follow Up Report : It shows the follow up reports. Client Sales Report ; It shows that how much opportunity is created for particular client.

Deal Wise Reports : It shows the reports of Number of deals Open, Close & Decline. Upload Client Details : You can directly upload your client in the form excel.

SUPPORT & TRACKING SYSTEM Fast track Support : You can click on the fast track button given in the above right side for immediate support. Please check the arrow shown in red color. Ticket Support :

EMPLOYEE PANEL FOR POST-SALE TRACKING 1. Login : Enter Your Login Details - User ID & Password for Pre -Sale. 2. Main Dashboard : Main dashboard shows you the closed client list no., Pending payment, closed payment & delivery status.

2.1 Closed Client List : Under this it will show you the list of clients whose deal is closed with their payment details. Pay: Go to Pay option given in the right side. Please check the arrow given in RED COLOR.

Payment Details : After clicking the pay option payment detail page will get open. It shows you the full payment details & after checking it you have to click the Submit button given in the downside in RED COLOR. 3. Pending Payment : This option will show you the list of pending payments.

Pay : Go to Pay option given in the right side. Please check the arrow given in RED COLOR. Payment Details : After clicking on the pay button new page will be open which shows you the full payment details of client.

4. Closed Payment List : Here it will show you the that client list whose payment is made fully or partially & it get closed for service function. View Detail: Go to View Detail option given in the right side. Please check the arrow given in RED COLOR.

Payment Details : Payment page will be open with full payment details which is made by the clients. 5. Delivery Status : This will provide you the list of client's product delivery status that whether the client product is delivered or not.

EMPLOYEE PANEL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRACKING 1. Login : Enter Your Login Details - User ID & Password for Pre -Sale. 2. Main Dashboard : It shows Creates service engineer, On call basis & Fast track support list.

2.1 Create Service Engineer : Under this you will create the number of service engineer which are available in your company. Service engineer are the person who will going to solve the clients major problems or new requirements. 2.2 On Call basis Dashboard: This will help the support team to register the client complaints, Generating tickets for service engineer to solve complaints & verify the tickets whether complaint register by the client get solved in a proper way. Its dashboard shows you the No. of clients, Tickets and Verify tickets.

Clients List : Under this it will show you the list of clients get closed from the post sale for service activities. Open Ticket : Right side you can see the open ticket option. Please check the arroe given in RED COLOR. It is given in front of every client so that if that client have any complaints then its ticket is generated.

Open Ticket Details : After clicking the option open ticket details page will open where the support engineers will fill this form for detail.
