I specialise in helping businesses develop solutions to their existing challenges through on-the-ground insights and data, which are presented in a meaningful way that enables management decision making. My MBA training from Australia is instrumental in framing business problems of various complexities and managing their inherent uncertainty. Prior to my consulting role I have led complex, global projects, partnered with cross functional project teams across Asia-Pacific region, whilst managing expectations and relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders. These projects are in support to the strategy put forth by large, global clients. As a project manager, I am responsible for driving client buy-in through communicating the business case and outcomes that the project is expected to deliver across my client s organisation, and then implementing those business outcomes within the agreed key milestones and timelines. My areas of passion are business and corporate strategy, marketing, and human resource management. I also extend my consulting talent to non-profit organisations through volunteer work.
