Undergraduate Degrees BSc (Hons) courses for Hong Kong students BSc (Hons) Building Surveying* (NCR registration number 252440) BSc (Hons) Estate Management (NCR registration number 252439) BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying* (NCR registration number 252441) These courses are recognised by the RICS. Under the current policy of HKIS, graduates of these courses are permitted to take the APC of HKIS. These courses are also registered with the Hong Kong Non-local Courses Registry (NCR). It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these courses may lead. * CIOB re-accreditation in progress.
