World- class support is one of the principal reasons that KCSI is a leader in the Inventory Management arena. Our family of customers chose us for our superior solu=on, but they keep us around for our vast range of business and technical knowledge as well as experience. For efficiency and convenience, KCSI offers our customers a variety of op=ons for contac=ng Technical Support: Support Plan Prices Silver Support Plan 20% of sokware license fees (includes ten cases, expires annually (9 A.M. to 5 P.M. PST support and eight (8) hour response guarantee) Gold Support Plan 40% of sokware license fees (includes forty cases, expires annually (6 A.M. to 5 P.M.
