A dedicated network infrastructure for door communication is not required. Compatible with any SIPcompliant IP phone, TCS offers a high-performance solution for IP door communication. By using the TCS:App* mobile devices or PCs can be converted into extensions of your door communication. *With the TCS:App for ios and Android devices door communication can be operated within the Wifi and even beyond. The proper functioning of the TCS:App depends on the network infrastructure and its proper configuration. The correct allocation of IP addresses, a proper routing or adequately configured firewall, sufficient bandwidth and a sufficient Wifi signal level within the desired operating range are required.
