2 Inspiration for INSPRS INSPRS is a next logical step in the development of a bona fide profession. Continues the great efforts that preceded us. HS as a discipline seems here to stay. So we need to frame it and mature it. Met in May: 17 volunteer leaders worked all summer to define the organization: INSPRS is about collaboration and enhancing the discipline 2

3 Inspiration for INSPRS Venues for: faculty development, research to practice, policy development/analysis, student engagement, education standards, practice specialties Already produced: Foundation meeting & proceedings, a constitution & bylaws, a 5 year strategic plan, integration with a national student honor organization, affiliations with two journals and working with the FFHEA on accreditation in HS.. 3
