2 Executive Summary Teledata ICT Limited is a privately owned Ghanaian Internet and data service provider located in Accra, Ghana serving business and residential customers. Gregory EID founded the company in He is currently the CEO of the company. Business Service Teledata ICT Limited's main focus has been serving business and residential customers. The product and service offerings for business customers includes: Internet Services, Wide Area Network connectivity, Virtual PBX, Hosted IP Video, and Contact Center Solution. The Market We define our market as Internet service providers for Small and Medium Enterprises and high-end Ghanaian residential customers. As per the figures released from National Communication Authority (NCA), Ghana, the Internet users will grow from 3.6 million users to 12.5 million users over a period of five years, which is 250% growth in users of the internet. SME's will also grow at the rate of 8000 to 20,000 new businesses per year over the next five years. The total market size was approximately 125 million USD in Year 2011.We currently hold 2% of this market and believe we can capture 27% of the fixed broadband market by Year Some of our most notable customers include Procredit loans and Savings, Lancaster university, Rana Motors, Dream holdings limited and its subsidiaries, Viasat, Holiday Inn etc. Competition We compete directly with other private Internet service providers like Busyinternet, Comsys, Internet Solutions, DiscoveryTel, Zipnet and DSL service provided by Vodafone Ghana. Among private ISP companies, Teledata ICT holds the largest share of the market (as per report issued by a local research company called Internet Research)

3 Management Team Teledata ICT has team of eleven management members. The management team is led by Chief Executive Officer - Gregory EID, who founded the company in He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing and has been a successful business entrepreneur since 1992.He holds an experience of 15 years in his current position. Prior to start of his own business, he was working as Marketing Manager in Scancom Limited for 4 of years. Finance and Accounts is headed by Savita AGARWAL (INDIAN), B.Com and Chartered Accountant from India, having sixteen years of post qualification experience with Indian, Ghanaian and other multinational companies. Sales department is headed by Elias HAGE (GHANIAN & LEBANESE by origin), B. Com and B.Sc with Marketing as specialization from Canada. He has seven years of working experience with Canadian and Ghanaian companies. HR department is headed by Emmanuel MENSAH (GHANIAN), who holds a MBA degree with specialization in HR and BA (Arts and Political Science) from University of Ghana. He has seven years of working experience. We also have a HR business partner and Productivity Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Rest TETTEKPE (GHANIAN) for guiding the company on HR performance related activities. He has 23 years of experience and holds degree in Master of Laws, Bachelor of Business Administration, Advanced Diploma in HRD and Certified HR management Fractioned. Customer Service is headed by Nana Oforiwa Kwao ADOTEY ( GHANIAN). She has nineteen years of working experience and holds degrees in Bachelor of Arts (Sociology & Political Science) from University of Ghana and an executive MBA in International business. Technical Support is headed by Joshua OYEWALE ( GHANIAN), who has six years of experience and holds Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Engineering, along with other Cisco related professional levels like CCNA, CCNAS,CCIP. NOC is handled by Moses NEAH (LIBERIAN). He has twelve years of working experience and holds a Diploma Certificate (Hardware & Software) and other Cisco levels like CCNA (Net Plus). Software Development department is headed by Raghavendra BHAT (INDIAN). He has 12 years of working experience and holds bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from India. Special projects are handled by Prabhpal MAVI(INDIAN). He has a bachelor degree in Computer Science and various Cisco Professional levels like CCNA, CCNP.

4 Operations We have our principal office located in Accra. Teledata ICT rolled out a wireless network using the Motorola Wireless technology ( now acquired by Cambium Networks), to cover Accra, Tema, Prampram, Larteh, Kasseh, Ada, Keta, Weija, Kasoa, Koforidua, Nkawkaw, Kumasi, Cape Coast. Elmina, Sekondi, Takoradi, Sunyani,Techiman and Tamale. The network is 100% owned, built and managed by our team of expert RF and NOC engineers. The network is catered by 43 base stations and a centralized Network Operation Centre located in Accra. The company has 89 employees including 11 sales representatives and serves approximately 800 active business and residential customers with one or more branch offices who subscribe to a variety of services.
