17 17 Forming a Work Order and Lease Finance provides the Head Agreement and standard Lease documents for the selected facility The agency drafts a Work Order and Lease Finance approves the Work Order and Lease as compliant with the Terms and Conditions of the Head Agreement The agency and preferred facility execute their Work Order and Lease.
18 18 Becoming operational A Migration Services Panel Member moves the agency to the facility, were applicable. If an agency can move themselves, all fine, other use the panel. The agency attends quarterly tenant meetings in Canberra The agency attends user group meetings at the facility
