3 TECHNICAL AND PRODUCTION INFORMATION Load in: The load in to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is through the loading dock at the Flamingo Casino and Hotel. It is a shared dock, we have priority access to at least one slip. All load in schedules and vehicle traffic need to be advanced to coordinate the dock availability. The dock has two elevators that carry gear up one floor to stage level. The dimensions of each elevator are 5 w x 7 d x 7 6 h. There is a 75 yard, flat push from the elevator to the stage. Directions to the Flamingo Dock Take interstate 15 to the Flamingo Exit East. Once you cross over Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip). The name of the street will change from West Flamingo to East Flamingo. The first left turn after Las Vegas Boulevard is Linq Lane. Make a left on Linq lane. Once you are on Linq lane you make the first left at the stop sign. There are no markings on this corner, just a stop sign. After that you will be making the first right turn. Again, no markings on that corner. At this point you are now traveling under the Las Vegas Monorail. Follow the signs to the Flamingo loading dock. Specific passwords will be provided upon arrival and will be posted in Green Room and Production office. Touring Production Office: There is no a dedicated touring Production Office. There is an 8 traveling production table in a lightly used hallway on the second floor, SR of the main dressing room. There is power and wifi available and room for one large production case. Hospitality/ Catering Catering Hospitality Merchandise We provide in house catering prepared by our Blue Ribbon Restaurant. Your band and crew can order directly off of our menu. For larger touring parties, we may opt to serve a buffet. There is no dining room. Meals are served in the dressing room or in the V.I.P. box outside of the greenroom. (Menu is provided for your perusal in Appendix C) Hospitality / Rider purchasing is per advance. Merchandise is customarily sold in the main lobby. We can provide a merch seller for you at an hourly fee and per advance. Merchandise splits are per artist contract. We are responsible for collecting Nevada State sales tax of 8.1% on all merchandise sold. Nevada State Live Entertainment Tax is added to any merchandise sold within the performance area. (10% LET + 8.1% State = 18.1% tax collected) Security Settlement To be addressed in advance. The house also has satin passes for use. Per advance, we will honor your tour credentials, with certain possible restrictions. There is a house security meeting one hour before doors with the PM and security staff. Traveling TMs and PMs are invited to attend. The venue issues a daily pass sheet for house security. All settlement balances shall be paid, by company check.
