Video Capturing / Audio Recording: De Kreun captures all concerts on HD solid state camera s. We have 3 camera s at our disposal, all are operated by our personnel. We use those images to stream parts of each concert on our website, of course with permission of the artist. As a bonus you can obtain the raw footage of the 3 camera positions for free, in uncompressed HD, subject to have a portable storage with you so we can transfer the files (files are approx. 30Gb in total for video), or we can send a compressed compilation of the footage afterwards. Our projections will be 16:9 due to the width of our screen. Screen width will be around 7m. Height approx. 4m. Standard Timing: Get in time: please advise exact arrival time to venue production manager (4 pm) Doors: 8 pm Support on Stage: 8.20 pm Main Artist on stage: 9.20 pm (9.00 PM if no support) Curfew: PM Wifi / Internet: Free Wifi network available in Artist lounge/kitchen area and in Foyer. There is also a fully patchable FTP network available thru the whole building. Non-Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the venue! This includes the backstage area and Artist lounge. For artists there is the possibility to smoke on the roof top.

We try to maintain a pm curfew as people who come by public transport are able to get trains back to their destinations. Backstage: There is only on backstage area in the venue. The backstage is equipped with a kitchen, shower and WIFI (please ask the production manager as for passwords). Standard, catering is served in the backstage area. Food is prepared fresh and with respect for local products and suppliers If you like what u have eaten, thank the chef! ;) Sound restriction : Belgian sound restriction legislation from 01/01/2013 onwards : max soundlevel at FOH position: 100 dba Leq 60 minutes and 102dbA Leq 15 minutes. These restrictions can (and will) be checked by official city services at any moment. Violations of this legislation might cause us to loose our licence, which would be quite disastrous for us aswell as for the bands playing here. The promotor, the production manager or the local sound engineer has the right to intervene when bands do not respect these restrictions. We do hope u understand. Thanks a lot.

Continue on the N323 (Condédreef), at the third red lights, you turn right onto the N43 (Aalbeeksesteenweg). Go straight at the roundabout. Go right at Conservatoriumplein and keep right. After 200m you will see the venue on your left side. From Lille/FR: Take E17 exit2 (Kortrijk Zuid) and follow signs for R8. Keep right at the fork. Follow the signs: Kortrijk-Centrum / Panorama.
