Overall account management plus business development activities within existing accounts in order to increase revenue and guarantee customer satisfaction. Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services Customers: Nokia; Vitelcom Gradiente Eletrônica SALES MANAGER 2004 to 2005 I managed the sales activities between Gradiente, one of the largest consumer electronics company in Brazil, and its R&D institute, Genius Institute of Technology. My annual budget was of US$ 1,5 mi to invest in the development of technological solutions in the segments of consumer electronics and telecommunications.

2 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 2002 to 2004 I was responsible for technological development at the engineering department and was also the program manager for one project in the telecommunication segment with a budget of US$ 10 million. As the program manager I am responsible for the overall coordination of the project, including but not limited to, aligning partners, negotiating with them, discussing contract issues, supervising the project management, working close to our Marketing team on product specifications and etc. Industry: Consumer Electronics; Telecommunications; R&D Psion Teklogix, South America INTEGRATION SERVICES MANAGER 2000 to 2002 I was responsible for alliance and project management and system sales activities. The scope of my job included: searching partners who would help us leverage business; management of daily activities with partners, including any third-party resource allocated to our projects; project management; and sales of systems integration. We had our own software, three products, and we also represented some other world class products. We worked with selected partners for the implementation of the software side of our solutions. I had to guarantee that our partners would deliver under our strict quality policy. Depending on the projects size I was the project manager. In this role I was responsible for the whole project team, including our own technical people and the consultants from our implementation partners, 5 to 10 staff members under my supervision. Another responsibility was to deliver technical training to our sales people and conduct the sales activities of systems. I used tools for e-business maturity assessment and benchmarking. Participated in the implementation of SAP R/3, module PP, in Saint-Gobain group in Brazil. In charge of 2 plants in the construction division, 3 plants in the car manufacturing supplier division and 1 plant in the home appliance division. Responsible for product costing, production processes reengineering, preparation of training material and training delivery to project members and key users, conduction of unit and integrated tests, security profiles creation and test. Project duration: 8 months. Industry: Consulting Services Customers: Saint Gobain; Comgas; TAM IT Projects SENIOR CONSULTANT 1998 to 1999 During these years I participated in many IT projects as a functional consultant. Initial project was at the Information Systems Department in the project Year 2000 at Basf. My role was to make tests in order to assure quality and take care of documentation, acting as an interface between onsite people in Brazil and our software factories in Mexico and India. Next projects were SAP R/3 implementations. I was a functional consultant in modules PS (Project System) and PP (Production Planning). I was assigned to a project as a PS consultant in one company in the public service sector, responsible for configuration, business blue print, unit and integration tests following ASAP-like methodology. Industry: Consulting Services Customers: Basf; Triângulo do Sol Samsung Display Devices do Brasil SENIOR ENGINEER 1996 to 1998 I worked in the Information Systems Department and was in charge of implementing module PP (Production Planning) of SAP R/3. Our team received an 8-week training course delivered by German

3 KPMG consultants covering the following modules: FI, CO, MM, SD and PP. While with Samsung, received and delivered training in many areas (as described bellow): Samsung Display Mexicana August to October, 1997 Trained at the Computer Integrated Manufacture Department. I studied the concepts of integrated systems that collect data on-line from Production Line, using devices like Scanners and Data Collection Terminals, and makes those data available to users (supervisors, managers, etc) through a graphical interface developed with PowerBuilder. Samsung Display Devices do Brasil July to August, 1997 Delivered lectures to newcomers about basic theory of CRT (Cathode Ray Tubes) and details of our production processes of CPT (Color Picture Tubes). Samsung Eletrônica da Amazônia February to June, 1997 I was member of the Quality Control Department at the Color Television Plant of Samsung Electronics in Brazil. Definition and redesign of scrap process for a Quality System under ISO standards. Samsung Display Devices February to December, 1996 Training received at the kinescope (CRT) plants of Samsung Display Devices (SDD) in South Korea. The whole theory about CRT production was learned through lectures, which were delivered by SDD's engineers. Practical experience acquired working at production line.
