4 SIGNIFICANT EVENTS /3/ At approximately 8:3 PM, officers responded to the Block of Doheny Road on a suspicious person. The subject was located and after a short investigation it was discovered that he was a sex registrant. Officers arrested him for prowling. // /8/ /3/ // At approximately PM, officers responded to a stabbing on an MTA bus which was stopped in Beverly Hills. The suspects was immediately located and taken into custody. After a short investigation, it was determined that the crime occurred on the bus in Los Angeles. The Sheriff's department accepted the arrestee and completed the investigation. At approximately :3AM, officers received an ALPR alert of a stolen vehicle at Wilshire Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd. The vehicle was located, stopped and a suspect was taken into custody for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. At approximately :3AM, officers responded to a person yelling in the area of Elevado and Sunset Blvd. A short time later, a subject was observed leaving the scene of a smoldering trash bin. The subject was subsequently arrested for arson. At approximately :PM, officers responded to a call of a prowler in the Block of N Wetherly Dr. The subject was located in a rear yard and subsequently taken into custody for prowling. // At approximately PM, officer responded to an ALPR hit of a stolen vehicle near Wilshire Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd. vehicle was located, stopped and the occupant was taken into custody for auto theft. The DETECTIVE BUREAU /3/ Detective personnel investigated a complaint of a prowler lurking on a property in the north end of the City. Due to a detailed investigation, investigators filed charges relating to Indecent Exposure, and Failing to Register as a Sex Registrant with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. // Byron Mack was arrested for Residential Burglary after being observed by a BHPD patrol officer leaving a property in the south end of the City. Based on a thorough on-scene and follow-up investigation by Detective personnel, the charge of PC, Residential Burglary, was filed with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. /3/ Detective personnel conducted an investigation tied to a series of suspicious fires being set to trash cans stored in alleys. The investigation led to the arrest of two individuals believed to be responsible for the fires. Multiple counts of Arson, (B) PC were successfully filed with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. // Hilary Bailey was arrested for multiple counts of felony vandalism to her former employer's business. Bailey was also arrested for Battery for assaulting a member of her former employer's staff. TRAFFIC BUREAU // Traffic Bureau coordinated street closures and implemented a traffic plan for a Vice-Presidential visit to the City of Beverly Hills /7/ City Council approved Xerox State and Local Solutions agreement to provide photo red light services. /7/ City Council approved Amended and Restated Agreement for towing services with Tip Top Tow. /3/ Traffic Bureau coordinated street closures and implemented a traffic plan for Halloween. // Traffic Bureau coordinated street closures and implemented a traffic plan for the Ferrari th Anniversary event. /3/ On-going TCO's & Commercial Enforcement Officer continue to rove the Trousdale area to ensure compliance with the City Councils heavy hauling guidelines.
