4 About us We were founded in 2009 by Sean and Joseph Conlon on the premise of delivering exceptional digital products without the pain of high price, bad communication and low quality output. We have grown from two brothers creating websites for SME s in their Mum and Dad s bedroom to a team of eleven in an office in historic Richmond that provide creative and technical solutions to companies like National Rail, Sodexo and Rossopomodoro. Our team is a mix of Consultants, Designers, Developers and Project Managers. Our focus these days is building long term relationships with agencies of all types who need multiple projects for multiple clients. We don t like to brag, but if it is digital, we can usually do it. 6 How we deliver our work With Discretion - unless you say otherwise We don t need our name on every project we do. Our passion is helping you deliver quality work to your clients. Whether that means working in the background as part of your team or turning up to meetings as Blue Baboon with you, we are happy either way. With Lots Of Communication Throughout each project your Project Manager will constantly be updating you on project progress and quickly explain how any iterations you may need could change the cost or delivery date. Your Account Manager will be on hand if any change in strategy is required or if a new requirement pops up. With Speed All projects, which use a systematic process to deploy, are assigned an Account Manager and a Project Manager to ensure a transparent, smooth delivery of your project. We work fast because the industry expects it, but we produce quality because we demand it of ourselves. If every now and again you take on an urgent project that needs us to get a late night pizza and some beers in then that will be our little secret. With Honesty Our approach demands a transparent and clear delivery process which we share with all our clients.

25 POST PRODUCTION Hosting Our hosting is provided by UKFast, one of the UK s leading managed hosting and colocation providers, supplying dedicated server hosting, critical application hosting, and cloud hosting solutions. We have an array of different hosting platforms available and can work to create custom solutions, with UKFast s support at the drop of a hat. Maintenance We can be on hand to help update, fix and upgrade applications, websites or any other complex software solutions you need us to keep fully operational at all times. Our maintenance plans are flexible and offer varying levels of support. Support With all projects we guarantee the code for a 4 week period. During this time you can call us up 9am - 5pm Monday Friday and we will fix any bugs you come across as quickly as possible. After this period we can support your product with one of our dedicated support or maintenance plans. Analytics We use data to make smarter decisions. We use onsite analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst and Webtrends Analytics. Or more specialist tools, depending on your needs.

This is based on our internal ability for exceptional design and development. We help agencies create s, websites, applications, mobile apps, banners, animated videos and illustrations. In an arrangement such as this, our priorities are communication and delivering thoroughly checked, well built and highly crafted works in a timely, and discreet manor. This enables your team to deliver exceptional work on schedule and to budget. Collaboration We help a variety of our clients win projects by working in a collaboration to deliver a complete brief. For example, it may be that an SEO agency who does not build or design websites needs a partner to win a web build with ongoing SEO work. In this case it would be not in their interests to whitelabel us because usage of our brand, portfolio and staff will help greatly to win the project. Once the project has been won and delivered to a high standard - they can then do their SEO campaign

37 How we can work with you Outsourcing vs Insourcing Outsourcing We have a large number of experienced in house and external members in our digital production team who work with us on a daily basis. All are supported and vetted by our own dedicated team of designers, developers and project managers. Send us your projects with a full brief and we will give you a fixed cost to complete the works. Your projects may vary in size and complexity but you can always rely on discretion, quality, communication and great value for money. Insourcing Many of our clients want our designers, developers, project managers and UX consultants to work on their projects in their own offices. This is usually because they feel it speeds up communication or the project is rather secretive. To us it really doesn t matter and we have all the necessary contracts and insurance in place to facilitate this. Think of us as a recruitment company, but the difference being we actually KNOW the quality of our candidates because we have used them on own projects before we even think about sharing them with you.

40 Brief - Details Newsweek looked to Blue Baboon for consultancy, digital design and best practice when it came to online marketing. We worked with them on a campaign that spanned many months and produced s, banners, web pages, mobile responsive web layouts and landing pages. We also advised them on their social media strategy, content delivery, where to place advertisements and which audiences were likely to connect with them and in which location. Our work was distributed to thousands of individuals across the UK and helped relaunch the Newsweek EMEA print edition.

42 Brief - Details Quill, one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, is a content marketing business based in London. Quill approached us because we were able to take them on a journey from a simple brief to a fully tested, mobile responsive website. Not only did we listen, but we advised - we ran a series of workshops aimed at understanding their user personas and planning the user journeys. Once the plans had been agreed it was then onto integrating their stunning brand within the website. This required a highly complex graphic and technical solution to match their unique brand.

44 Kids Register To support the growth of We Make Footballers (above) we advised on getting rid of their paper system which relied on cash payments, insecure cheques and zero visibility on if they would have any customers the next week. At this point they had 1 location with 2 classes once a week training 200 children. They now have 7 locations, training 4 days a week, with 20 separate classes training over 1000 children a week. Our digital strategy allowed them to scale and take advantage of online automated payments. This meant that instead of charging on a pay as you go system, the software would automatically collect the payment every term time reducing admin and marketing spend dramatically. We made sure that Kids Register is scaleable enough that it has actually resulted in OTHER kids sports businesses using Kids Register for their own businesses. Watch this space!

46 Brief - Details Good Deli Company is the consumer arm of Donatantonio - a national distributor of World food products. Donatantonio approached Blue Baboon to help produce a new company name, brand, tone of voice, industry position and digital marketing strategy. Our approach took us through a variety of workshops and design sessions which led us to Good Deli Company. Once the Good Deli Company branding was complete - we produced a highly functional yet user friendly product catalogue of over 400 products. This was no small task while keeping to the strict brand guidelines we had set. The result was a highly functional yet aesthetically pleasing digital product that the client was delighted with.

51 Brief - Details Rossopomodoro are one of the largest Pizza companies... in Italy. They have around a dozen locations here in the UK and are growing rapidly. Having launched a new UK brand with the highly talented Mascot Creative (of Nando s fame), Blue Baboon were approached to help create the new website and digital marketing set. This was a new, highly functional site with a huge focus on the creation of mobile optimised content. We created a highly functional CMS system that powered the products, menus, restaurants and promotions which has made the clients life so very much easier. Rossopomodoro loved the website so much, they are using it over in the states where they are launching their next batch of restaurants.
