In all of our projects we use an Agile Methodology as it promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, releases with known and short deadlines, and above all encourages a rapid and flexible response to change. Deciding what is the best architecture is the first step to build an high-quality software product. Having worked on different kinds of environments, we have the necessary experience to find out the fittest solution and when appropriate we can create the supporting frameworks. Most of our experience is on Enterprise Applications Development. In our software development process we use Behaviour-driven development (BDD) or alternatively Test-driven development (TDD). Before actually start typing code we spend the due amount of time in creating the project structure, defining name conventions, organizing project resources and putting in place a continuous integration environment. Coding software is not enough for us. We think it is very important writing code using development best practices and principles. We have code reviews during the production process and when needed we like to use software that can help us in such activities. Graphic design is not only a matter of taste. We start by meeting with the Customer in order to understand her/his needs in terms of functionalities, target market, strategies and deadlines.
