Nordkapp og Porsanger havn IKS will have a price policy which at any time is sought to be adjusted according to the market within we operate. It is an overall goal to exploit the areas, the berths, the port facilities and offer a range and service in a best possible way to the customers satisfaction within the frame conditions which is set forth by the owner Nordkapp og Porsanger Municipality. The pricing is in general market based. 2. Berthing fee. 2.1 Ordinary conditions The berthing fee is the ship`s payment for use of the berths which is managed by the Nordkapp og Porsanger Havn Port Operation The berthing fee will for ordinary condition consist of two elements: a payment is claimed for every time the ship calls the port and an additional payment depending on how long time the ship stays alongside the berth more than 24 hours. The berthing fee does not cover the eventually use of the port areas and facilities. Pricing is based on gross tons. Provided that no other prices have been agreed up on, the following prices applies: Size of ship in BRT. For the ISPS a Pax fee has been introduced: - The fee covers watch keeping/access control NOK 600,- per hour. - Charges for the ISPS infrastructure NOK 1.300,- per call. - Possible moving of ISPS fences etc is included 5. Coach fee for Cruise Vessel and Coastal steamer.(hurtigruten) Passengers who landed at the Port area of Nordkapp og Porsanger Havn IKS must pay a price of nok 10 per passenger. For practical reasons, this will be passed over as compensation for the carriage/bus only for passengers who choose excursions based on buses. Per pax nok 10,-/per bus nok 400,- Passengers arriving by ships registered in foreign countries, do not pay VAT 6
