5 1. CASH DEPOSITS Cash Deposits may be made at designated deposit centers. To find a deposit center in your area go to TVG.com, select the Help/FAQs link then click on How do I deposit money into my account? or call PLAY-TVG ( ). There is no limit when depositing cash. 2. CASH DEPOSITS USING GREEN DOT MONEYPAK STORED VALUE CARDS Fund your wagering account with cash by purchasing a Green Dot MoneyPak from one of tens of thousands of Green Dot locations nationwide, such as Rite Aid, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens or Radio Shack. To learn more, or to find a MoneyPak merchant near you, go to TVG.com, My Account, and select the Green Dot MoneyPak deposit option. 3. TVG BETCASH Authorize the electronic transfer of funds between your bank account and your TVG wagering account. To sign up for BetCash, complete the BetCash Authorization Agreement you received with your new subscriber kit and return it to TVG. You may also print the agreement from TVG s Download Center at TVG.com or request a copy by calling PLAY-TVG ( ). Once approved, you can use the BetCash option to make deposits online at TVG.com, with your web enabled PDA or mobile phone at mobile.tvg.com, by calling TVG-WAGER ( ), and on TVG s DISH network itv application using your remote control. For assistance call PLAY-TVG ( ). With BetCash there are no cash advance or card fees, no interest charges and no blocks on gaming deposits by card issuers. Your first BetCash deposit of the day will be available for wagering immediately provided that TVG can verify your deposit history. Otherwise standard banking availability schedules will apply. Withdrawals from TVG may be subject to a five-business day hold pending bank verification of deposited BetCash funds.

6 4. DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS Make deposits online at TVG.com or at mobile.tvg.com using your web enabled PDA or mobile phone by selecting My Account then following the prompts. Card deposits may also be made using TVG s phone wagering system by calling TVG-WAGER ( ) and selecting 2# from the Main Menu or through TVG s itv wagering system on DISH Network by selecting Account Info. For assistance call Customer Relations at PLAY-TVG ( ). Debit or credit cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo can be used to make deposits up to $2,000 per calendar month. To increase your debit or credit card deposit limit, complete the Debit/Credit Card Authorization Form mailed with your new subscriber kit and return it to TVG. (You may also print the authorization form from TVG s Download Center at TVG.com or request a copy by calling PLAY-TVG ( ). 5. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER (BY MAIL) Using deposit slips and envelopes supplied in your subscriber kit, mail your check or money order made payable to TVG. For first-time deposits, a minimum of $50.00 is required to activate your account. There is no maximum deposit limit. Please allow 7-10 days for mail and processing time. To request additional deposit slips call PLAY-TVG ( ). Please do not send cash in the mail. 6. WIRE TRANSFERS For information regarding wire transfers, go to TVG.com, select the Help/ FAQs link then click on How do I deposit money into my account? then scroll down to Wire Transfers, or call PLAY-TVG ( ) for instructions. There is no deposit limit when using Wire Transfers. NOTE: Your first deposit of the day will, except for certain restrictions, be available for wagering immediately. Additional deposits, using the same deposit option and made the same day, will normally be available for wagering the next day. 7. WITHDRAWALS BetCash or check withdrawals from your TVG account may be requested online at TVG.com or on your web enabled PDA or mobile phone at mobile.tvg.com. by selecting My Account then following the prompts. BetCash and check withdrawals may also be requested using TVG s itv wagering system on DISH Network by selecting Account Info. BetCash, check or wire transfer withdrawals may be made by calling TVG Customer Relations at PLAY-TVG ( ). BetCash withdrawals will be processed within two business days. Check withdrawals will be mailed within five business days via the United States Postal Service to the account address. Wire transfer requests must be received no later than 2 p.m. Pacific Time in order to be processed the same day.

Race Replays Watch the races at your convenience. Race Replays are available within minutes of a race going official. You can search for your favorite horse and watch up to two years of past races. Handicapping Store Purchase past-performance programs by broadcast hour, or for a specific track or tracks of your choice. From Racing Programs with easy-to-read charts and graphs, to full Past-Performance Programs for the sophisticated handicapper, TVG has all the information you need to pick a winner. Customized Profiles Create and save customized profiles of your favorite types of races based on age, surface, class rating, purse, distance and racetracks. My Stable Select your favorite jockey, trainer, horse or owner and get alerts for upcoming races as well as notification of final race results as soon as they are posted. Wagering / TV Schedule The Wagering / TV Schedule provides you with a list of all races available for wagering and shows you which races will be broadcast live on TVG! Full Track Odds Since all of your bets are commingled directly into racetrack wagering pools, you get paid full track odds. Your winnings are credited to your account as soon as the race is declared official. Account Information Manage your wagering account, check your account balance, view your bet history and make deposits / withdrawals. 8 ONLINE WAGERING HOW TO BET THE RACES ONLINE OR WITH YOUR WEB ENABLED MOBILE PHONE 1. Go to TVG.com. 2. Log in using your TVG Account Number and PIN, and select your state of residence using the drop-down menu. Note: If you forget or lose your Account Number and/or PIN, call Customer Relations toll-free at PLAY-TVG ( ). 3. To place a wager, click BET NOW and select a track, race, amount and bet type. 4. Choose your horse(s), review the bet ticket for accuracy and click SEND BET. 5. For step-by-step online wagering instructions, select the Help menu located on the menu bar. 6

9 YOUR ONLINE SECURITY IS OUR COMMITMENT Protecting Online Account Information and Transactions When you apply online to establish an account, access services or utilize online wagering, you provide personal and confidential information that is necessary for us to process your request. To ensure that your information remains confidential, the information is sent to us in a secure session. Using the industry standard, Secure Socket Layer (SSL)-capable web browsers support encryption technology that helps prevent unauthorized users from viewing or manipulating your account information as it travels over the Internet. We will permit only authorized parties, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our privacy policy will be subject to our disciplinary process. Account Number / PIN Authentication Access to your account requires an authentication log in using your Account Number and PIN combination. It is very important that you never reveal your PIN to anyone, and that you change your PIN periodically. Don t forget to log out if you plan to step away from your computer for an extended period of time. Horse Sense Horses for courses It s true that certain horses perform better at certain tracks. Look for horses that have raced well at today s track and surface it could lead to a good effort. Second or third start after a layoff Horses running second or third after resting for 60 or more days usually improve in their next start. Returning in one week or less Look for a horse returning to the track in one week or less since its last race. Trainers won t run their horses back this quickly unless they re confident that the horse will perform well. Poor form, but newfound early speed Look for a horse that has been running in poor form but flashed newfound early speed for the first time in the last start. 19 EXPLANATION OF WAGERS AND EXAMPLES WIN The first horse to cross the finish line WINS. You collect if your selection finishes first. Enter your Wager Code A $2.00 WIN wager on #6 would be entered as Enter your wager amount ($2.00) for a total wager cost of $2.00 PLACE The second horse to cross the finish line PLACES. You collect if your selection finishes either first or second. EXAMPLE: If you bet #8 to place, you collect if #8 finishes either first or second. 30 EXPLANATION OF WAGERS AND EXAMPLES Pick 6 Betting the PICK 6 requires you to select the winning horses in six consecutive races. The PICK 6 is a carryover wager, which means that if there are no outright winners, half of the money wagered on the race (pool) is paid out to customers who correctly pick the most winners in the PICK 6. The other half of the pool is carried over and added to the carryover pool. Those who correctly select the winners in all six of the designated PICK 6 races will split the pool equally. 6 CONSECUTIVE RACES Enter your Wager Code A $2.00 PICK 6 wager using #1 through #6 would be entered as Enter your wager amount wager cost of $2.00 ($2.00) for a total Pick 9 Betting the PICK 9 requires you to select the winning horses in nine consecutive races.
