2 M3 Software was built with the service advisor in mind and has a multitude of customizable and flexible features that most other similar software programs do not. Online Customer Service Appointments with integrated shop capacity settings Create, complete, edit and search Multi-Point Inspections Create, update, manage and recall Quotes Use the Quick Kit and Quick Schedule Quoting option for on-the-fly pricing Print Multi-Point Inspections, Quotes and Technician Instructions (with labor times and part numbers) Manage employee use and sales reports Add managers, consultants, technicians and parts users and set individual logins and access Setup part, labor and labor hour matrices Setup allowed discounts Setup Service Groups and Service Kits (labor ops with parts) fully customizable Create, update, copy, view, search, sort and display Service Schedules Use Parts Maintenance to add, update, supersede and delete parts Track additions, changes and history of Inspections, Quotes, Parts, Kits and Schedules through Logs Automatic on-screen and alerts notify the service and parts advisors as well as technicians of completed inspection and sold quotes

3 Customer: Login with dealer provided username and password. Note: The dealership can access the appointment calendar from within their control panel to add, modify or delete appointments.

4 Customer or Service Advisor: 1) Fill in vehicle and customer information 2) Selected Services 3 )Select date and time 4) Add notes if required and click Save. Both the customer and the dealership will receive an with the appointment details. Note: Appointment availability is based on the dealerships calendar settings, and will not allow overbooking of appointments

5 Service Advisor: View the current days online appointments Roll the appointment to an inspection Note: If the customer did not create an online appointment, the service advisor can create the inspection from scratch.

6 Service Advisor: Perform inspection walk around Mark condition selections

7 Service Advisor: Perform inspection walk around Select appropriate kit Note: Kit selection options are only available if a yellow or red condition is selected

8 Service Advisor: Finish inspection walk around, marking any damage Select visible damage Click Save for Tech

9 Technician: Complete multipoint inspection Select condition, kit and add comments if needed Note: Kit selection options are only available if a yellow or red condition is selected

10 Technician: Complete multipoint inspection and save for Service Advisor review Select condition, kit and add comments if needed Add additional notes Select name of Technician Click Save Inspections

11 Service Advisor: Select completed inspection to review
