5 Convenient - Efficient - Cost-effective: Three steps to new light. Analysis We will be happy to carry out a free and no-obligation review of your premises. Working with you, we determine the type of your lighting, carry out light measurements, and document the energy requirements of your current lighting system. Using this data, we will create a detailed and specific proposal. How your company uses light is an important factor in this analysis: How many hours a day do you use your lighting system? How many days a year? How many company holidays and public holidays do you have? Proposal and test phase The highly detailed review enables us to put together a tailored proposal for you. It includes our free analysis of the present situation - from power consumption, electricity costs and emissions to maintenance and follow-on investment costs, as well as a personalised forecast of energy price developments for the years to come (see the graphic on the next page). The target situation will in turn show you the new consumption in kilowatt hours, the resulting electricity costs and carbon dioxide emissions, as well as the potential savings that can be achieved straight away. So far, Deutsche Lichtmiete has achieved a reduction in operating costs, Conversion If you decide to convert your lighting system to use our LED technology, we will draw up a rental agreement based on the tailor-made proposal we made you. Once the agreement has been accepted, we arrange a date in consultation with you and our electrical installation company - which of course can also be your previous partner company - to get the project started. We also simultaneously order the LED products required for your lighting system from our own production facilities We combine this information with the exact, up-todate net electricity price that you pay to your energy supplier - including all taxes and charges. We will be happy to provide you with comprehensive assistance during the review, and with any research that may be required. We of course handle all data in the strictest confidence. We are making every effort to reduce this exceptional rate even more, offering a lifetime guarantee for our products. At our production facility in Oldenburg, we use only materials of the highest quality and, wherever possible, source them from German production - from aluminium profiles to plastics that are made especially for us. All of the electronic components used by Deutsche Lichtmiete comply with German industry standards.
