Standard Language: Interchanging electronic information requires a standardized language shared by sender and receiver to structure the messages. There are different standards, such as EDIFACT, X12, XML, etc. EDI software: Sender and receiver must have an EDI solution to construct and manage the messages according to the standard in which the interchanges are to take place. This way, the construction of documents such as invoices is accelerated by automating part of their generation on the basis of the orders received. The solution also supports electronic signatures, ideal for electronic invoicing projects. Invoices sent and received with digital signatures have complete legal validity, remain in our document repository for the period set by law, with total availability, retrieval and visibility guaranteed. The automatic document generation processes already mentioned are combined with multiple editing screens for each of the messages to be transmitted.
