In 2010, conducted a pilot antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) in the ICU. Due to the success of the pilot program, a hospital-wide ASP was established in Chair, Anticoagulation Committee (Jan Present). Developed order sets, guidelines and policies to help with patient safety initiatives. These include argatroban, enoxaparin, heparin and warfarin order sets.
