7 - Team Work: I learned to be a team player as a chorister, as the co-organizer of 2 international youth weeks at the Festival in Salzburg and as a press officer in the small team that launched the Van Dyck event in Antwerp. These talents I could develop when coordination a European network and were improved during my last assignment as general manager at Antwerpen Open, trying to bring out the best of the excellent teams I was able to work with. - Intercultural skills: For 3 years I coordinated an European Network and was thus the mediator between the members of 12 different European countries, America and in the end also Africa. - Mediating skills: For my assessment in Antwerp I was the mediator between the different cultural organisations and identities in Antwerp, the different authorities, the tourist board and the international public relation bodies for the city.
