10 HARMONISATION IN JERICO-NEXT Harmonisation of already developed technologies and procedures Calibration board: to gather calibration activities, procedures & know-how HF radar, to review and discuss the state-of-the art methodologies utilized for processing and analysing the data that such systems generate, including Quality Assurance procedures, computation of error maps, etc., in order to define Best Practice Bottom sea stations: to critically review the current level of development of these observatories and promulgate Best Practice from the specific perspective of operations in coastal waters New sensors (nutrient sensors, bioptical sensors, carbonate systems. to review and evaluate the effective capabilities of the new sensors utilized within the JERICO network, describe the current modes of their deployment, and deal with data quality concerns., Colloque SOMLIT HF - Bordeaux - 10

11 HARMONISATION IN JERICO-NEXT Harmonisation of data flows with European standards Data policy and distribution (Eurogoos): to make data easily and freely available to the public (Inspire directive) Integration of Biological data (VLIZ) Harmonization, integration and taxonomic & geographic standardization of biological sample and sensor data. Harmonization of pelagic observations Harmonization of benthic observations (for example data from the French environmental database, Quadrige2).
