De migraties van bevolking en verpleegkunde is een uitdaging voor het ontwikkelen van culturele zorgcompetenties. Het IENE 2 project heeft tot doel bij te dragen tot een kwaliteitsvolle opleiding en training van verpleegkundigen in Europa Het innovatieproject IENE 2 zorgt voor een aangepast en integratief innoverend transcultureel opleidingsmodel. Dit model werd ontwikkeld in een vorig Leonardo da Vinci project IENE 1 genoemd: De interculturele opleiding van verpleegkundigen en medisch personeel in Europa. Het IENE model is gebaseerd op de het model van Papadopoulos, Tilki en Taylor (PTT). Een model dat geïmplementeerd werd in de UK door de universiteit van Middlesex Londen en wereldwijd verspreid over verschillende universiteiten. De implementatie van het IENE 2 model in de IVET en CVET systemen van de vier partner landen, stellen verpleegkundigen en andere gezondheidswerkers in staat om transfer- en transculturele sleutelcompetenties te verwerven en nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen zodat zij zich kunnen aan- passen aan verschillende taken in hun werkveld en tevens kunnen voorzien in culturele zorgcompetenties in het multiculturele Europa. Description: De methodologie wordt voorgesteld in 3 stappen: 1. Een training en trainingsmateriaal wordt ontwikkeld zodat workshops kunnen georganiseerd worden in elk van de 4landen zodat docenten en cursisten aangeleerd worden op welke wijze dit IENE- model kan geïmplementeerd worden. 2. Met de hulp van reeds opgeleide docenten en cursisten wordt het IENE/PTT model getest in sommige openbare en private instanties waar reguliere en vervolgopleidingen verpleegkunde worden georganiseerd. Betrokken landen zijn België, Roemenië, Duitsland en Frankrijk. 3. Finaal zullen de resultaten beschikbaar gesteld worden in regionale, nationale en internationale IVET en SVET systemen. Transfer zal gebeuren via disseminatie en evaluatietools met inbegrip van een Europese conferentie op het einde van het project. In de voorbereidingsfase zullen de partners de noden van docenten en cursisten diagnosticeren. De resultaten van dit onderzoek zullen gebruikt worden om de doelstellingen van de training TOT(Training of Trainers) te ontwikkelen. Dit onderzoek liet ons toe kennis, vaardigheden en culturele sleutelcompetenties voor alle categorieën in kaart te brengen. 2

3 Project Information Deze competenties zijn gestructureerd in 4 niveaus beschreven in het PTT model: culturele bewustzijn, culturele kennis, culturele vaardigheden en attitudes. Het IENE 2 project wil verder de transculturele trainingsnoden van de docenten analyseren. Eén van de ontwikkelingen van het volgende project is het innovatieve TOT: training for trainers. De partners zullen een innovatieve intense methodologie, modules in hun curriculum verder ontwikkelen. Het TOT model zal gebruikt worden om docenten en cursisten voor te bereiden op de implementatie van het Europese PTT/IENE model en zal toegevoegd worden aan de reeds ontwikkelde tools (online platform, informatieve gids en opleidingsgids) die zo de implementatiefase zullen vergemakkelijken. De toegevoegde waarde zal deze zijn wanneer het project binnen diverse contexten en situaties zal gebruikt worden. Op het einde zal de piloot- en testfase toegevoegd worden aan de website samen met een strategische gids die handelt over de implementatie van het innovatieve model voor transculturele opleiding van verpleegkundigen. 10 Product 'Transnational Report on the Need Diagnosis' Title: Transnational Report on the Need Diagnosis Product Type: procedure for the analysis and prognosis of the vocational training requirement Marketing Text: A report on the initial needs analysis of the perceived education and training needs of a sample of teachers and trainers of nurses and other healthcare professionals in Belgium, France, Germany and Romania. It contains the Training Needs Diagnosis Methodology and the survey questionnaire. Description: The questionnaire responses were analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Interview data was analysed by content analysis. The results of this research were used to design the objectives and establishing the topics of Training of Trainers (ToT) model. The results are based on 37 completed questionnaires that were provided to the evaluator by the project partners. The results are reported along different topics following the questionnaire design : results regarding the project intervention, the observed learning outcomes and implications for the transfer of the PTT/IENE model. Then, the results are aggregated in the final evaluation report with the results of two other surveys and a focus-group discussion.
