2 Information for the past, present and future of your equipment All of your elevator and escalator maintenance data, wherever you have internet access. Kone Care TM Online is a new service that provides data about the past, present and future maintenance of your equipment. All the information is at your fingertips. For the past, KONE Care Online provides data about the availability, performance and repair costs of your equipment, as well as how well KONE has responded to service requests. For the present, it provides data about callouts and other maintenance services. For the future, it provides data about longer-term equipment performance and costs, providing you with a valuable tool for planning budgets for maintenance and modernization. Tested for usability KONE Care Online has been developed based on KONE customers feedback and optimized based on usability test results. KONE Care Online is part of the service we offer to all of our KONE maintenance customers.
3 Review the past With KONE Care TM Online you can monitor equipment performance and track how well KONE responds to service requests. You have online access to performance history data, and you can monitor callouts and KONE maintenance services. You will receive a personalized KONE Care Online newsletter containing key performance data about your equipment. Callout management You can monitor the safety and reliability of your equipment by seeing at a glance how many callouts each elevator has had per year. You will be able to spot trends and identify any equipment that has had too many callouts. Transparent reporting You can review data about the maintenance history of your equipment. All information about the service history of your elevators is easily available.
4 Check the present You will have all of your equipment data, contact details, and invoice information in one easily-accessible location. With KONE Care TM Online you have realtime access to information about the availability of your equipment. You can monitor regular maintenance visits and callout rates, and follow up KONE s response. Personalized homepage The personalized KONE Care Online homepage gives you instant access to maintenance data for your elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. You can view maintenance schedules, open callouts and resolved callouts, for example. Do you need assistance? You have all your KONE maintenance contact information easily available online. If you need assistance, you have quick and easy access to the phone numbers and addresses. Plan for the future With longer-term performance and maintenance data, KONE Care Online is a useful planning tool. You can see how well your equipment is performing, for example by reviewing the equipment availability and costs for callouts and repairs. By comparing costs and performance over time, you can identify any equipment in need of modernization. How is your equipment performing over time? The invoice history, maintenance history, and service request history reports show how your equipment is performing over a longer term. This information is valuable when planning future maintenance and modernization.
