6 Internship in criminal justice Evaluation COURSE LEVEL; DIRECT OTHER internship site supervisors are mailed a survey to evaluate the student intern performance; in addition student interns are required to submit an experience paper to the course instructor; student interns are monitored by course instructor throughout the semester to ensure success this course (CJ 4333) is offered every semester (fall, spring, and summer) criminal justice full time faculty internship survey for site supervisor (Microsoft Word) This survey is mailed to individual site supervisor to evaluate student interns for Evaluation Fall 2011: Eleven (11) S.O.S.U. Criminal Justice students successfully completed all of the requirements of a supervised work experience to earn credit for CJ 4443 internship in criminal justice. On a scale of 1 7 (1=poor performance, 4=average performance, and 7=excellent performance), interns averaged 6.4 indicating that ll of our interns performed at an extremely high level.
