2 Introduction The MBA class of produced a wide range of exciting employment outcomes, across a broad range of employers and functions. It is particularly pleasing to see that our students progress into careers as diverse as strategic management consultancy, SME operations, notfor-profit activities in many parts of the world, as well as starting their own businesses. We believe this incredible diversity is one of the distinguishing features of our programme. Students have gone to work in 24 countries, in all continents. We are seeing continued growth in the proportion of students pursuing careers in the not-for-profit sector, as well a significant number of students choosing to start their own businesses.
