1 Employment Report MBA Class Many of the themes seen in recent years were repeated in this class. In particular, the relatively large number of students establishing their own businesses remained close to the recent 4 year average at 10% of the class. The not-for-profit sector remained attractive for around 10% of employed students. Most of the students entering employment headed towards the traditional destinations of Europe, North America and Asia, but we are pleased to see 8% start their post-mba careers in Sub Saharan Africa. While these sectors and regions may not attract the highest levels of compensation, as a School we celebrate the contribution these students will be making in sectors and geographies that have not been the traditional destinations of most MBA graduates.
