5 2014 TARIFF 3 MEARS MEANS Safety Our Safety Department plays a large role in the quality of our services. The Safety Department consists of eight full-time employees trained in safety procedures, accident investigation and claim procedures. We are on-line with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and run updated motor vehicle reports on each driver every 6 months. Since the beginning, decisions have been made by considering: first, the safety of our customers and employees; second, the quality of our services and third, profit. Customer Service We have over 90 full-time employees at Orlando International Airport. These employees include five managers, four individuals with the responsibility to coordinate meet and greet services in baggage claim, and approximately 80 front-line employees who serve the customer as a cashier, starter or dispatcher. Our presence at Orlando International Airport provides the guest with an easy recovery method in the event the guest and greeter or driver misses each other. Innovation Our luxury vehicle, taxicab and motorcoach fleets are all tracked by global positioning satellite technology with the luxury vehicles and taxicabs actually dispatched using GPS. Our reservation, dispatch and call center software is considered leading edge technology in our industry. Our staff of 14 Information Technology professionals internally developed the reservation and dispatch software. In addition, we also have a system that tracks arriving flights into Orlando International Airport. We have invested over $7 million into communication and data processing technology. Training Every year we transport millions of guests. This requires training not only for our drivers, but also for our customer service representatives. We are the only Florida transportation company with a dedicated Training Center. Our Training Departments employ six full-time and several parttime professionals. All of our employees receive training in customer service, problem resolution, corporate policies and our vision for how a transportation company should operate. Quality We currently own over 1,100 vehicles and have over $90 million invested in our fleet. We control all maintenance procedures and fleet replacement decisions. Each vehicle is put through a detailed preventative maintenance process every 3,000 5,000 miles or at least once per month in one of our three full maintenance garages.

10 TARIFF CONTRACTED VOUCHER CLIENTS PROCEDURES We will accept vouchers endorsed to Mears Transportation Group from contracted FIT clients only. Each passenger should have a voucher for one way or round trip airport/hotel transfers and should present them to the Customer Service Representatives at the Mears Service Counters. Your standard net discount will apply to the current rates. The hotel name and hotel code must be printed on the voucher along with the total number of adults (ages 12 +), total number of children (ages 4-11), and total number of infants (ages 0-3). Upon arrival, your clients will present their voucher(s) for one way or round trip Airport/ and any to and from an Orlando area theme park transfers, at the following Mears Airport Counters: A Side Terminal: B Side Terminal: From the Baggage Claim Area-Level 2, take the escalator or elevator closest to Baggage Carousel #5 & #6 or Baggage Carousel #11 & #12 down to Level 1 Ground Transportation. From the Baggage Claim area-level 2, take the escalator or elevator closest to Baggage Carousel #24 & #25 or Baggage Carousel #29 & #30 down to Level 1-Ground Transportation. Mears has Four (4) Service Counters Two (2) counters are located on the A side Terminal Level 1 and Two (2) counters are located on the B side Terminal Level 1. The Mears Service Counters are located against the back wall (Level 1-Ground Transportation) on either end of the rental car counters for each side of the airport. After obtaining a ticket at the counter, the Mears Customer Service representative will direct you to the boarding area on level 1. Once you have checked in with our starter at the boarding area, you will board a shuttle to your hotel. The Downtown locations board at the top of the hour after check in with the starter. Arrival reservations are not required. Return reservations are required at least 24-hours prior to departure by calling Attraction transfer reservations are required at least 3-hours prior to transfer by calling Travel companies interested in becoming a contracted voucher client, please contact [email protected] or call and request to speak with a Travel Industry Sales department representative. GROUP AND VEHICLE CHARTERS All group charters and private transfer requests must be ed to [email protected] or faxed to the Travel Industry Department at (407) A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required thirty (30) days prior to first date of transportation. For Contracted Clients the balance is due upon receipt of invoice after all transportation is completed. For Non-Contracted Clients the balance will be due five (5) days prior to group move. CANCELLATION POLICY Motor Coaches, Vans, Luxury Vehicles, Limousines: Over 24-hours prior, 100% refund hours prior, 50% charge. Within 12-hours, full charge. Luxury Vehicles - Over 4 Hours - 100% refund. Staff: Over 24-hours prior, 100% refund. Less than 24-hours prior to event, five (5) hour minimum charge due to Mears ($160.00).

11 2014 TARIFF 9 CRUISE TRANSPORTATION Mears Transportation Group is contracted to provide transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral for Disney Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Lines. We provide motorcoach transportation between the Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral each sailing day. DISNEY CRUISE LINE Guests must contact Disney Cruise Line Guest Services to make arrangements for transfers to or from the airport, resorts and Port Canaveral. (Mears does not sell tickets or provide vouchers for this service). Disney Guest Services phone number is Those guests that have arranged bus transportation from the Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral on their sailing day with Disney Cruise Line need to check in with the Disney Magical Express Welcome Center on the B side Level 1 of the airport. Departures from the Airport begin approximately 9:30 a.m. and continue until approximately 3:30 p.m. CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES From: Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral 10:00 am to 2:30 pm Departures from the Orlando International Airport begin approximately 10:00 a.m. and continue until approximately 2:30 p.m. The Carnival Meet & Greet staff will be in the Baggage Claim area Level 2 at the bottom of the escalators, to direct you to the Carnival Cruise Lines counters. The Carnival counters are on Level 1 Ground Transportation area underneath Delta Airlines on the B side of the airport and underneath American Airlines on the A side of the airport. If passengers have a voucher for either a one way or round trip transfer from the airport, they should present them to the Carnival representatives at the Carnival counters upon arrival at the airport. If the guests do not have vouchers or pre-arranged transportation, walkups will be accepted at the Carnival counter the day of sailing and will be charged accordingly. From: Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport 8:00 am to 10:30 am Return transportation from Port Canaveral begins approximately 8:00 a.m. and continues until approximately 10:30 a.m. Carnival staff will be outside of the cruise terminal at the designated areas to help with your return transportation. Rate: $39.00 per person one way $78.00 per person round trip (including children over 3 yrs.) VOUCHERS We will accept vouchers endorsed to Mears Transportation Group from contracted FIT clients only.
