All while optimizing clients return on investment. OVERVIEW Our Tier III+ Chicago Data Center total more than 8,000 Square Feet of turnkey data center space. Providing collocation, managed hosting and robust service offerings. The facility is strategically positioned in the heart of the Midwest. The building itself is a true hardened facility, free of flood planes and impervious to natural disaster. The facility s

2 construction out of steel reinforced concrete prohibits susceptibility to vandalism, terrorism, EMI, lightning, earthquakes, and winds up to 100 MPH. With power from two separate power grids this facility has the power and design to accommodate 4kw per cabinet. Diesel generators, provide the ability for the Data Center to continue to function at full capacity for extended periods of time in the unlikely event of a prolonged interruption in primary power. With over 60 tons of cooling available, White City s Data Center are true N+1 facility, along with the HVAC each critical system has redundancy, and back up units tested under load on a regular basis. Security is paramount at White City and the Center employs a 24/7/365 security staff, biometric and monitored video surveillance systems to protect your business. GREEN INITIATIVES In the past, data center operator have focused on one goal: Uptime. While this will always be the objective for our data center, the last several years have seen a rising interest in the Greening of data centers through implementing operational changes and infrastructure upgrades to decrease the carbon footprint of facilities. White City Collocation is activity finding ways to operate environmentally friendly facilities that benefit both the clients and the community at large. 3 POWER GENERATION All White City s customers will be able to take advantage of truly redundant power with our unique power infrastructure. Two separate feeds from our utility company, Com Ed feed into White City s facility from the substation. Each power feed is routed through a separate bank of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units and backed by diesel generators. Power is fully conditioned by the UPS units to ensure that the power delivered to your collocated or hosted equipment is clean and free of defects. This protects you from brownouts and surges that sometimes occur with standard commercial power that can cause damage to sensitive electronic equipment. Our facility is equipped with two separate UPS power systems, each offering N+1 redundancy. UPS systems are fed from diverse sources to prevent complete loss of critical power. Some of the power infrastructure we use to protect your business includes: Generator System capable of providing redundant power with onsite fuel storage permits continuous power delivery for more than 18 hours before refueling. Multiple redundant UPS systems maintain power to your critical systems in the event of commercial power loss. Automatic transfer switches for all power sources to ensure smooth transitions to and from commercial power. Power is monitored by our professional, 24x7 on site NOC and backed by professional electricians on call. Maintenance and load tests are performed regularly on all critical systems to ensure peak performance at all times.

4 COOLING Many times the ability for a data center to provide adequate cooling and humidity to equipment is overlooked. White City has spent significant money to ensure that your business is protected. Our collocation and managed hosting facilities are built with redundant cooling units. Multiple redundant cooling systems are designed to reliably protect customer equipment from the damaging impact that heat can produce. Redundant cooling units offer over 60 tons of cooling from ton RTU s, equivalent to over 12.5 MW of heat reduction. Coupled with redundant pump systems that ensure reliable delivery of glycol to data center CRAC units, the system will be capable of cooling up data center loads at N+1 redundancy at final load. In addition to the equipment we have put in place, we have a highly engineered airflow structure in place that forces cool air through the front of your equipment and reclaim the heated air as it exits. This is done with strict adherence to hot and cold isles within the data center. CONNECTIVITY White City supplies IP bandwidth and local loop connections from diverse, redundant Cisco Catalyst 6500 series access switches. These access switches are connected to dual, redundant core switches, which are in turn connected to edge routers. All networking equipment is supported by vendor maintenance contracts and backed up by on-site spares. Your business depends on its ability to reach your customers, employees and vendors. 5 White City has a multi-homed Network backbone architecture with redundant capacity of Mulit Gbps on each individual link. White City Collocation supplies IP bandwidth connections from diverse, redundant Cisco Catalyst 6500 series access switches. These access switches are connected to dual, redundant core switches, which are in turn connected to edge routers. All networking equipment is supported by vendor maintenance contracts and backed up by on-site spares. White City operates multiple active Internet connections, Multi Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) fiber connections to XO, Abovenet & Level 3. Carrier Neutral- White City facilities are carrier neutral. A variety of telecommunications carriers already have presence within our facilities that you can leverage for your Internet or private line access needs, including: AT&T, Zayo, XO Communications. Level 3 Communications, Verizon, Cogent, Quest, Windstream and Comcast. Additionally, White City has redundant lit fiber connectivity (with capacity of 10 Gig on each redundant link) to 350 Cermak, the major Carrier Exchange in Chicago where our clients can access over 75 Telco providers. SECURITY The integrity of White City s customer s infrastructure is one of our primary concerns. We have taken steps to ensure that access is limited to data center and sensitive areas. Our attention to security is one of the fundamentals of our Network Operation Center (NOC) and facilities personnel perform regular, thorough walkthroughs of the entire facility. The walkthroughs cover areas such as the data center space and vital operations areas. During this time, the NOC staff confirms that all security measures are intact and that there are no operational abnormalities. Physical Security - Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is fully staffed with welltrained personnel with a range of professional certifications. Axis digital cameras are continuously monitored by the NOC and cover all Data Center areas, as well as all building entrances.

6 White City utilizes a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) process, whereby authorized individuals must be pre-approved. When contacting the Data Center for remote hands, a customer must provide their name and password. All information must coincide with the information within our customer management systems, or remote hands will not be activated. Logical Security White City s corporate network sits behind redundant Cisco Firewalls. Optional Managed firewalls for our customers are provided utilizing the Cisco ACE platform deployed in Catalyst 6500 series switches. Firewall services are generally made available within three business days. Basic packages include 5Mbps or 10Mbps committed bandwidth. Optional Spam and Virus filtering is provided by MX Logic, a leading Managed Service Provider and a client of the data center. Along with monitoring our bandwidth and looking for the irregularities of DOS attacks or other network abuses, White City employs a full time SPAM and Abuse Engineer to protect and assist our customers, should they have a need.
