2 PRICE PROPOSAL TABLE INSTRUCTIONS In addition to a narrative, providers are asked to complete the Price Proposal Table. All pricing should reflect the provider s standard commercial practice for pricing the services and proposed deliverables stated in the SOO. The provider is to base their proposal on ## of Agency employees separated into two pricing categories: (1) One-Time and (2) Annual Recurring. One-Time: Pricing for the project period encompassing planning, development, software, and labor associated with converting from the agency's current HR system to the proposed solution, including the migration of legacy data. One-time pricing only pertains to this phase. Annual Recurring: Pricing for the phase or project period when the proposed solution is fully operational. Annual recurring pricing covers operation and maintenance costs to support the continued functionality of the proposed solution. Components: Providers should submit the total pricing for each of the mandatory system components as outlined in the SOO and listed on the Price Proposal Table. For example: 1. Human Resources - Personnel/Benefits Processing 2. Compensation Management 3. Data Reporting 4. Additional Price Element(s) If providing additional information or clarification for any Pricing Element, add separate tab to this table and clearly identify the appropriate Component and Pricing Element. The totals provided for each Component under One-Time and Annual Recurring should equal the totals of all prices outlined for each component in your narrative. The provider is a business or government entity that provides computer-based services over a network where the computer-based services are a series of applications/databases specifically setup for providing support for the specific functional or processing needs of the organization. An example might be payroll processing or timesheet services; A hosting service usually provides these services where actual IT infrastructure is housed in fortified data centers, providing redundant servers, storage & power sources, HVAC systems and physical security. A service provider provides system and application administration, monitoring and owns the IT assets (servers) itself. The software license agreement is between the software owner (licensor or producer) and the Federal Government entity; it should be regarded as a specialized form of contract with many terms (clauses) unique to the license and the nature of the software being licensed. A maintenance fee can be an annual fee to be paid during the term of license in order to maintain the license into force. The necessary labor resources needed to support the operations and maintenance of the prescribed services/application throughout the year. The one-time services needs for setting up the hosting capabilities. The one-time services needs for setting up the application functionality and features. The development/testing/configuration services needs for setting up all the data interfaces/exchanges and any IT services for connectivity supporting the transfer/transmission of data files or web services.
