A lifelong resident of Travis County and graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Robert Penn Fowler is his family s third generation of Texas lawyers. 3 Teresa Harris is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of San Diego School of Law. Fluent in Spanish and English, she has a rare combination of skill and experience in both plaintiff and defense related litigation, and has earned the respect of her peers as a fierce and accomplished trial lawyer. Among the kindliest ferocious lawyers one could ever meet, Terri is well known for her tireless efforts to help anyone and everyone who asks, and enjoys a stellar reputation with her clients who praise both her high ethical standards and her personal dedication and commitment to each and every matter that she handles. A graduate of the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida College of Law with highest honors, having served as a law clerk to the judges of Florida s Fifth District Court of Appeals for two years, and joint-licensed in Texas and Florida, Robert Hoofman is a consumate bankruptcy and replevin attorney, much sought-out by both lawyers and financial institutions to represent and counsel with them on these issues. In addition to his success in the courtroom, Robert is an immensely popular public speaker and seminar leader on bankruptcy and foreclosure topics who has co-authored numerous articles on these subjects.
