Martindale Hubbell is a national legal rating service that uses surveys of judges and lawyers familiar with the ability and ethical reputation of the lawyers being rated. He also appears in the 2011 Edition of "Best Lawyers in America" for Commercial Litigation. Upon graduation, Mr. Campbell completed the Commercial Banking Training Program at a major national bank. Mr. Campbell left the banking world to accept a position as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Howell Heflin (D.-Al.) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Campbell graduated in 1988 from The University of Alabama School of Law. As a member of his law school s National Trial Advocacy Team, Mr. Campbell received its award for outstanding trial advocacy. The American Bar Association's monthly professional magazine, the "ABA Journal," describes Mr. Campbell as a courageous advocate for consumers. Mr. Campbell loves trying cases and he does not shy away from a challenge. He has tried to conclusion several dozen litigated matters, including class and representative actions as well as NLRA AND AAA arbitrations. After graduating from law school, Mr. Campbell worked as an associate and then partner at Lange, Simpson (now Adams Reese LLP/Lange Simpson). In August 1998, Mr. Campbell became one of the founding partners of the Birmingham office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart, P.C. Representing more than half the Fortune 50 companies in America, Ogletree Deakins is a top-ranked national law firm with hundreds of lawyers in 40 or more offices. Mr. Campbell was also chosen to represent the Alabama Association of School Board Attorneys and the Alabama Association of School Boards before the United States Supreme Court. During his later years as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Campbell began representing consumers in class action cases and found his true calling while representing consumers in class action cases. In April 2000, Mr. Campbell formed his own firm., A Professional Corporation exclusively represents plaintiffs in complex and class action litigation. The firm s extensive use of technology and concentrated practice focus allows it to leverage its human assets. Mr. Campbell has served as President of the Young Lawyers section of the Birmingham Bar Association in the mid-1990's. He frequently lectures at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars. Mr. Campbell is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and served as a member of the NACA Class Action Settlement Guidelines Revision Committee. 3 D. Keiron McGowin Direct: (205) Cell: (205) Mr. McGowin grew up in rural Southwest Alabama in Jackson, Clarke County, Alabama. He attended the public schools until graduating from high school in 1989, as Mr. Jackson High and Salutatorian. Mr. McGowin graduated in 1994 from the University of 3 / 8

4 Alabama with a degree in Political Science and a minor in English. He worked his own way through school and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Upon graduation, Mr. McGowin decided to work construction for a time before entering law school. He graduated in 1998 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. Mr. McGowin prosecuted criminals as Assistant District Attorney for Mobile County, Alabama, until There he tried many jury cases and helped send a lot of bad characters to prison. In 2003, Mr. McGowin moved to Birmingham to begin a new career at, A Professional Corporation. The firm exclusively represents plaintiffs in complex and class action litigation. Mr. McGowin moved from criminal prosecution to civil prosecution. Mr. McGowin takes a no-nonsense, detail-oriented, prosecutor approach to his cases. 5 Direct: (205) Cell: (205) Mr. Abbot was born in Mobile, Alabama and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. Following graduation from Indian Springs School in Shelby County, Mr. Abbot attended and graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. degree in Political Science. From there, Mr. Abbot attended law school at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, where he received his J.D. degree in Mr. Abbot was a writer for the Law Review of Washington & Lee University School of Law. Mr. Abbot returned to practice law in Birmingham at Cabaniss, Johnston, Gardner, Dumas & O Neal. He was made partner in At Cabaniss, he practiced primarily labor and employment law litigation in Federal and State courts. He left Cabaniss in 2002 and subsequently worked for firms, most recently Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C., at which he tried a host of cases. Throughout his career, Mr. Abbot acquired a broad range of trial and litigation experience in all phases of the lawsuit process. 6 Robert Walker Direct: (205) Cell: (205) Mr. Walker grew up in Mobile, Alabama. He attended UMS-Wright Preparatory School in Mobile and graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2010 with a degree in History. Robert was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society. History was his favorite subject because it required pulling from many different areas of learning to study the past. Mr. Walker earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL in In law school, Mr. Walker was a member of the Intellectual Property Society and Phi Alpha Delta. After graduation, Mr. Walker clerked for the Honorable Judge Sharon L. Blackburn in the Northern District of Alabama. He experienced almost every type of case that can come before a Federal judge. Robert enjoys the practice of law because, like history, it requires the melding of history, case law, statutes, and persuasive writing to form a cohesive argument. Mr. Walker joined in June Robert married Kira Stojcich, his high-school sweetheart of 9 years, in May 2014, just a few weeks before starting work with the firm.
