6 Contracting/Purchase Structure CENIC maintains Master Services Agreement (MSA) with AT&T Governs seat pricing and HVS services available to CENIC members Leverages volume for discounted pricing (Tiered Structure) 36 or 60 month pricing terms available CENIC member eligibility K-12 signs an Authorized Entity Agreement, billed directly by ATT Community Colleges, Higher Ed, purchase via CENIC.
