5 All our homes come with Gentek driftwood vinyl SIDING. Gentek aluminum FASCIA and IKO Cambridge SHINGLES in your choice of four colours. For added CURB APPEAL, upgrade to one of the six colours of Sequoia Select vinyl siding with Smart-Start trim or to JAMES HARDIE fi ber cement siding and fascia in a variety of colours. Create a UNIQUE LOOK with additional porches, dormers, smart-start window and gable trim, eyebrows, build-outs, and accent with vinyl shake siding, faux stone or Gentek vertical board & batten which is available in the seven driftwood colours. For an inviting entry choose from one of our exterior DOOR OPTIONS which include Victorian, 9-lite, Harlow and Niagara models. All are available with either one or two side-lites. Patio doors and single or double garden doors with vented side-unit, are also available. Our home plans include ample WINDOWS, but to increase the natural light and take advantage of the views, consider upgrading to larger windows, adding additional windows, transom windows or a window over the tub/shower. Increase the natural light while maintaining privacy with obscure windows, SKYLIGHTS and sun tubes. 4

7 Our functional and stylish fi xture package comes with a pull out kitchen FAUCET, dual handle vanity faucets, and single-lever tub/shower faucets or a roman tub faucet. The industrial style pull down kitchen faucet is a popular option and our stainless-steel KITCHEN SINK can be upgraded to black or white SILGRANITE. Upgrade to the durability of our MOEN fi xture package with a pull out kitchen faucet, dual handle vanity faucets, and single lever tub/ shower faucets or a roman tub faucet. We also offer in-sink disposals, stand-alone or in-cabinet LAUNDRY SINKS, on-demand WATER HEATER and options for different types and sizes of conventional water heaters. 6

9 As well as upgraded plumbing fi xtures and additional vanity sinks, we have a number of cabinet options to ENHANCE your bathroom and add extra storage. These options include framed vanity mirrors, single bottom drawer for small vanity, recessed or tri-mirror MEDICINE CABINETS, over-john cabinets, bank of DRAWERS and vanity top medicine cabinets with a valance and halogen lighting. Our homes come with 60 one piece fi berglass tub/shower units, but there are numerous options to suit your lifestyle. TUB OPTIONS include 72 tub/ shower, oval or corner oval with ceramic tile back splash and oval or corner oval tub/shower. Also consider a two-person jetted corner tub with tile surround. Options for SHOWERS include neo angle, 36, 48 or 60 stand-up showers. Madison Madison white SHOWER CURTAINS are included on all tub/shower units in the Sterling Series and are available as an option in all other homes. 8

11 For beauty and functionality choose options for lighting that include wall mount SCONCES, single PENDANTS, threebulb tracks, fi ve-light CHANDELIER (shown at left), recessed pots, CEILING FANS with lights, fl uorescent ceiling lights, and halogen under cabinet lighting. Our homes include an electrical package with white exterior COACH LIGHTS at each door, kitchen and bath GFI outlets, three-light vanity fi xtures, hanging dinette light, and fl ush mount ceiling lights in the kitchen, bedrooms and halls. Other convenient additions include a dedicated freezer receptacle, additional exterior coach lights, conduits for PHONE AND CABLE, pre-wiring of phone and cable, rough-in for fl at screen TV and additional exterior GFI RECEPTACLES - either easily accessible on the wall or in the eave with an interior switch for holiday lights. 10

13 There are numerous POSSIBILITIES to combine our four PVC cabinet door choices, four standard counter laminates and four tile back splash colours. Upgrade to one of the three choices of HI- DEFINITION laminate and add either a BEVELED COUNTER EDGE or waterfall edge to match. We also offer cabinet doors and drawer fronts in either ALDER with chocolate stain or MAPLE with candle light stain. To DESIGN your kitchen to work effi ciently for your family and your lifestyle, we offer a number of cabinet options. These include various sizes of kitchen ISLANDS, pantry cabinets, CAN- PANTRY cabinets, additional banks of DRAWERS, planning center, pot & pan drawers and buffet/ hutch combinations with full-glass doors. Also available are TRASH/RECYCLE bins in 12 two-bin or 24 three-bin styles, a tip-out tray at the kitchen sink, turntables in lower corner cabinets and self-closing door and drawer hardware. 12

Beaufl or s resilient fl ooring surface stands up to wear, stains and extreme temperatures. Our standard DRAPERY package includes 1 white VENETIAN blinds on most windows. The living and dining rooms have full-height side panels. The kitchen, dinette, and master bedroom have our unique cuff-style VALANCE. This valance is easily convertible to one of four looks to match your design style. Fabric colours are DESIGNER SELECTED to coordinate with the carpet. Roman-fold style valances in an Onyx fabric are included in all secondary bedrooms and dens. The Sterling Series drapery package includes 2 white FAUX-WOOD BLINDS on most windows. The living and dining rooms have full-height side panels that coordinate with the carpet. Secondary bedrooms and dens have roman-fold style valances over ROLLER SHADES. The cuff style valances for kitchen, dinette and master bedroom are available as an option in the Sterling Series. 17 Sandbank Carpet SHOWTIME a shorter, more tailored style of carpet while still providing depth due to the cut and loop pin dot pattern. pin dot patterned carpet has proven to be one of the most timeless patterns in an ever evolving fl ooring industry. made with a soft handed polyester fi ber which gives a comforting feel. Light Coffee Curtain Fabric Amish Linen Carpet Chocolate Curtain Fabric OPUS multicoloured, textured, cut pile construction and a trend leader in the Canadian market. constructed using Beaulieu Canada s patented Tryesse solution dyed polyester. Tryesse is an extremely soft fi ber being dyed right through the fi ber (like a carrot vs: a radish) makes it extremely diffi cult to permanently stain this carpet. Magic Fresh which is essentially an odour eater built into each and every fi ber and is still present even after multiple steam clean treatments. North Hatley Beige Carpet TRENDSETTER same bells and whistles as Opus such as Tryesse branded solution dyed polyester and Magic Fresh but in a short frieze (modern term for shag). some home owners fi nd this to be a more fun choice. 18 appliances Choose the APPLIANCES that match your needs. Most appliances are available in white, black and stainless steel. Ranges are available in electric coil top easy-clean, self-clean ceramic top and self-clean gas. Also available are an EYE-LEVEL OVEN or oven/microwave combination with gas or ceramic cooktop. The standard range hood matches the range or upgrade to a canopy style 30 RANGE HOOD in stainless steel or combination microwave/range hood. As well as the traditional style fridge/freezer, we offer a FRIDGE with bottom freezer or side-byside fridge with ice and water. We also offer tall-tub DISHWASHERS, sideby-side or stacking washer & dryers, as well as built-in vacuum systems. Add warmth to your home with a FIREPLACE, available in gas with a traditional-style mantle and thermostat or we have three sizes of electric with a contemporary-style mantle. ELECTRIC fireplaces include a remote control and can achieve many different looks with 3 colours of contemporary fire glass media and traditional LED Ember log set. We can provide wiring for your flatscreen TV over either fireplace. An optional ENTERTAINMENT CABINET on either side of the fireplace could provide plenty of storage for media and components.

19 Our homes come with white-painted, CRAFTSMAN-STYLE baseboard, door and window casing. Wall finish is either vipsum panels or drywall with rounded corners. Ten choices of tinted paint for DRYWALL homes are also available. Ceiling trim is either a batten to match the wall panels or 3 white-painted cove molding. The INTERIOR DOORS are white fl at-panel or our Clermont raised panel door, and passagedoor hardware is either brushed-nickel round knobs or levers. To add style and increase the ACCESSIBILITY of your home consider adding pocket doors, a louvered bi-fold at the furnace, an etched or ribbed glass pantry door and single or double french doors.
