The have a psychiatrist who comes 1x/month. Access is very limited. Take most insurances except Physicians Plus. Fort Atkinson Behavioral Health Counseling 509 McMillen St Dr. Fudala and Dr. Weisensahl are practicing through Fort Hospital. Dr. Fudala, Becky and Michelle Norris are in the Internal Medicine Building where Dr. Smith is located. Dr. Weisensahl is in the hospital at the Specialty Clinic. Dr. Seaman is in the Integrated Family Care Building. They do not have any AODA treatment at all anymore other than the fact that Dr. Fudala IS still prescribing suboxone but they need to connect with a therapist and they are provided with a list of therapists. Becky reported that most of their suboxone people see Rita Brafford through Cornerstone Counseling. They are still taking new patients through the intake process (main number). Take most major insurances. just HMO s they have contracts with (only provider for United Behavioral Health & Dean)
